本工程是一個(gè)持續(xù)改造的項(xiàng)目，20年前，在1974年建設(shè)的4層磚混結(jié)構(gòu)辦公樓基礎(chǔ)上建立一套與其相脫離的結(jié)構(gòu)支撐體系，在其上方加建了6層辦公樓。本次改建是將最初建設(shè)的4層辦公樓拆除重建，并與首次改建部分在結(jié)構(gòu)上形成統(tǒng)一整體。在立面設(shè)計(jì)中，將已拆除的舊建筑的建筑表情在新的框架體系內(nèi)再現(xiàn)，同時(shí)增加新的元素，增加了建筑的時(shí)代感和藝術(shù)性。在室內(nèi)空間設(shè)計(jì)中，滿足功能需求的同時(shí)營造出豐富多彩的藝術(shù)氛圍，以質(zhì)樸自然的材料表達(dá)了材料的真實(shí)性和文化特征。

This reconstruction project is a continuous work. In 1994, an independent structural support system was created and a six-story office building was built on the basis of the four-story masonry building constructed in 1974. Twenty years later, in the latest reconstruction work, the masonry building was rebuilt in order to be consistent with the initial reconstructive part. On the one hand, the fa?ade design endows a fashionable and artistic tune to the building by reproducing the architectural expression of the old building from the new framework system with up-to-date elements; on the other hand, the interior space design makes good use of plain materials to express its reality and cultural background by enriching artistic atmosphere while ful fi lling the needs of multiple functions.
