2016年11月2日夜晚，杭州劇院星光閃耀，舞者云集。這是浙江省舞蹈界展示豐碩成果的日子。

由浙江省文聯(lián)、浙江省舞蹈家協(xié)會(huì)主辦的第三屆“浙江舞蹈獎(jiǎng)”頒獎(jiǎng)晚會(huì)在浙江歌舞劇院舞蹈團(tuán)表演的《追夢(mèng)》中拉開序幕，劉海燕、褚琳、李建平、劉坤、鈕約、鄭超華、李娜、孫延澤8位從事舞蹈藝術(shù)工作并活躍于一線的舞蹈藝術(shù)工作者榮獲“浙江舞蹈獎(jiǎng)”；陳鷹、羅敏、沈蓓、葉煥華、余茹茹、吳露生等已退出一線工作的老一輩舞蹈藝術(shù)工作者獲得“榮譽(yù)獎(jiǎng)”。

兩年一屆的“浙江舞蹈獎(jiǎng)”是浙江省舞蹈藝術(shù)最高獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。該獎(jiǎng)涵蓋了舞蹈各個(gè)領(lǐng)域，評(píng)獎(jiǎng)內(nèi)容從具體劇目到演員、編導(dǎo)、教學(xué)、理論、組織運(yùn)營各方面，旨在表彰深入實(shí)際、深入生活、深入群眾，技藝精湛、勇于創(chuàng)新、貢獻(xiàn)突出的舞蹈藝術(shù)工作者，培育催生一批優(yōu)秀舞蹈人才，推動(dòng)浙江舞蹈藝術(shù)不斷創(chuàng)新發(fā)展、提升浙江舞蹈的整體水平，進(jìn)而滿足人民群眾對(duì)舞蹈藝術(shù)的更高需求。

杭州歌舞劇院的獨(dú)舞《再見了，曾經(jīng)》、浙江藝術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院的三人舞《小金人》、杭州藝術(shù)學(xué)校的民間舞《鄉(xiāng)舞鄉(xiāng)情》、杭州市江干區(qū)文化館與鈕約少兒舞蹈團(tuán)的《寶寶和大公雞》等舞蹈，展現(xiàn)了近年來浙江在全國和全省各項(xiàng)舞蹈比賽中獲獎(jiǎng)節(jié)目的風(fēng)采。

浙江省舞蹈家協(xié)會(huì)副主席兼秘書長(zhǎng)潘嵐介紹，近年來，浙江實(shí)施了培養(yǎng)青年藝術(shù)人才的“新松計(jì)劃”，浙江舞蹈界在創(chuàng)作、表演、理論、教學(xué)等領(lǐng)域涌現(xiàn)出了一批優(yōu)秀作品和優(yōu)秀舞蹈藝術(shù)工作者。在中國舞協(xié)舉辦的全國舞蹈最高獎(jiǎng)——“荷花獎(jiǎng)”比賽中，浙江舞蹈佳績(jī)連連：《祭禮長(zhǎng)生天》獲“荷花獎(jiǎng)”表演金獎(jiǎng)，《紅色英雄》獲表演銀獎(jiǎng)，《奮楫者》獲當(dāng)代舞、現(xiàn)代舞編導(dǎo)銀獎(jiǎng)，《起舞》獲表演三等獎(jiǎng)。

在第九屆全國舞蹈大賽上，劉福洋的《寂靜的天空》獲得評(píng)委會(huì)特別獎(jiǎng)、《蘭亭隨想》獲表演銀獎(jiǎng)?！都t色英雄》獲得第十屆全國舞蹈大賽文華舞蹈節(jié)目?jī)?yōu)秀表演獎(jiǎng)、全國少數(shù)民族民間舞蹈大賽表演銀獎(jiǎng)。在2016年舉辦的第七屆華東專業(yè)舞蹈展演上，浙江省舞蹈家協(xié)會(huì)選送的7個(gè)代表隊(duì)的11個(gè)節(jié)目獲得了1金、5銀、5銅的好成績(jī)。浙江歌舞劇院舞蹈家劉福洋還獲得了“華東之星”的稱號(hào)。

春風(fēng)春雨拂面來，小荷已露尖尖角——少兒舞蹈《城里馬路》《勞動(dòng)協(xié)奏曲》《暖》《爸爸，我們?nèi)ゴ蚯颉贰蹲屛叶嗤鏁?huì)兒》《哇！非洲，我們來啦》獲得“小荷花”獎(jiǎng)。

潘嵐在接受筆者采訪時(shí)指出，浙江舞蹈演員陣容整體實(shí)力較強(qiáng)，這一方面源于對(duì)演員的擴(kuò)招從以往局限于藝術(shù)類院校到后來向全國擴(kuò)展；另一方面則是劉福洋等的名人效應(yīng)，各地眾多學(xué)生慕名而來。在浙江這個(gè)具備較好藝術(shù)氛圍的大環(huán)境中，北方的學(xué)生也十分喜歡留杭學(xué)習(xí)。相對(duì)于舞蹈演員來說，舞蹈編導(dǎo)方面則顯得較弱。舞蹈編導(dǎo)需要具備對(duì)于本土文化藝術(shù)的熱愛，有深厚的地域情感以及豐富的閱歷，才能創(chuàng)作出富有地域特色的作品。外來的編導(dǎo)人才則缺少這樣的地域情感，難以創(chuàng)作出富有江南特色的舞蹈佳作。面對(duì)這一現(xiàn)狀，浙江省文化廳推出的“新松計(jì)劃”和全省青年舞蹈演員大賽，為發(fā)現(xiàn)、培養(yǎng)和推出優(yōu)秀青年編導(dǎo)、舞蹈人才提供了平臺(tái)，引領(lǐng)年輕編導(dǎo)們深入生活，了解浙江文化，汲取浙江特有的舞蹈元素，創(chuàng)作出富有江南風(fēng)韻的作品。

對(duì)于本屆浙江舞蹈獎(jiǎng)的頒發(fā)，潘嵐表示“浙江舞蹈獎(jiǎng)”側(cè)重評(píng)人，并非專評(píng)作品，此次獲獎(jiǎng)?wù)咭栽谖璧敢痪€工作的教員為主。他們雖然沒有豐富的獲獎(jiǎng)經(jīng)歷，但是幾十年如一日辛勤教學(xué)，培養(yǎng)出一批又一批優(yōu)秀舞蹈藝術(shù)工作者。希望以此獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)來鼓勵(lì)舞蹈教員更好地工作并培養(yǎng)出更出色的學(xué)生。

除了專業(yè)院團(tuán)的舞者，浙江還有很多活躍在藝術(shù)院校的教育工作者。此次榮獲“浙江舞蹈獎(jiǎng)”的劉海燕，畢業(yè)于北京舞蹈學(xué)院，現(xiàn)就職于杭州藝術(shù)學(xué)校。她先后獲華東六省一市舞蹈比賽群舞組創(chuàng)作三等獎(jiǎng)，首屆中國舞蹈國際大賽民族舞比賽創(chuàng)作三等獎(jiǎng)。

此次榮獲“浙江舞蹈獎(jiǎng)”的褚琳，現(xiàn)為浙江藝術(shù)職業(yè)學(xué)院舞蹈系舞蹈表演專業(yè)帶頭人，她畢業(yè)于北京舞蹈學(xué)院古典舞表演教育專業(yè)，曾三次獲得文化部“文化藝術(shù)院校獎(jiǎng)”、“桃李杯”舞蹈比賽“園丁獎(jiǎng)”等榮譽(yù)，先后培養(yǎng)出殷碩、姚若然、吳嘉雯和林姿艷等眾多優(yōu)秀舞蹈人才。她撰寫的教材《舞蹈基本功訓(xùn)練教程》獲專家好評(píng)，并先后完成了省級(jí)精品課程、省級(jí)重點(diǎn)教材建設(shè)等10余項(xiàng)教學(xué)改革項(xiàng)目。

筆者特地采訪了褚琳老師。她說：“獲獎(jiǎng)是件高興的事，是對(duì)我們舞蹈教師的鼓勵(lì)。教師不像演員那樣，演一個(gè)好作品就可能得獎(jiǎng)。我們教師培養(yǎng)一棵好苗子、好舞者，就要花上五六年時(shí)間。我們雖然是黙默無聞地工作，但始終秉持自己的教學(xué)信念。處于一線教學(xué)中，反復(fù)地糾正學(xué)員的基本動(dòng)作，堅(jiān)持由量到質(zhì)的變化，努力培養(yǎng)出優(yōu)秀的舞蹈演員?！?/p>

談到她編的教材廣獲好評(píng)，褚琳說這是十多年的教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)的積累，并表示在今后的教學(xué)工作中積極探索出適合江南學(xué)生身體條件的舞蹈教學(xué)、訓(xùn)練路子。舞蹈藝術(shù)是運(yùn)用舞蹈語言、節(jié)奏、表情和構(gòu)圖等多種基本要素，塑造出具有直觀性和動(dòng)態(tài)性的舞蹈形象，表達(dá)人們思想感情的一種藝術(shù)形式。她說只有更適合教學(xué)對(duì)象，才能更好地培養(yǎng)出一批又一批的優(yōu)秀學(xué)生。

按照“浙江舞蹈獎(jiǎng)”章程，參評(píng)“浙江舞蹈獎(jiǎng)·榮譽(yù)獎(jiǎng)”的是已經(jīng)離開舞蹈藝術(shù)工作一線、曾為舞蹈事業(yè)作出過貢獻(xiàn)的浙江舞蹈藝術(shù)家。此次“浙江舞蹈獎(jiǎng)·榮譽(yù)獎(jiǎng)”獲得者陳鷹，是杭州市舞蹈家協(xié)會(huì)理事，1966年進(jìn)入杭州歌舞團(tuán)，其間曾擔(dān)任舞蹈隊(duì)長(zhǎng)，先后在古典舞劇《小刀會(huì)》中扮演劉麗川、現(xiàn)代舞劇《紅色娘子軍》中扮演洪常青、芭蕾舞劇《白毛女》中扮演大春等，深受觀眾喜愛。

第三屆“浙江舞蹈獎(jiǎng)”已落幕，而屬于浙江舞蹈的未來剛剛拉開序幕。潘嵐說帶領(lǐng)年輕編導(dǎo)深入生活，提升專業(yè)素養(yǎng)，創(chuàng)作出具有江南特色的舞蹈精品，是今后浙江舞蹈工作的重點(diǎn)。

一方水養(yǎng)一方人，一方土則孕育一方情。我們欣喜地看到舞蹈藝術(shù)之花綻放在浙江這片美麗的土地上。2017年以“浙江風(fēng)格，江南舞韻”為主題的舞蹈展演即將開啟，浙江舞蹈事業(yè)必將迎來姹紫嫣紅的春天。

Hangzhou Theatre was ablaze with lights， passion and pride on the night of November 2， 2016. The “Dancers of Zhejiang” awarding night was a summary of another fruitful year of the dance circle of Zhejiang Province.

Eight dancers representing the frontline of the dancing art of Zhejiang won the “Dancers of Zhejiang Award”.

The biennial award represents the top of the pyramid of the provinces dancing art， covering a full spectrum of the art of dance and playing an important and active role in the upgrading of the integral dance level of Zhejiang.

Pan Lan， vice chair and secretary general of Zhejiang Dancers Association， pointed out the far-reaching influence of “Pine Tree Plan”， a talent cultivation project targeting the provinces younger generation of dancers. The project has brought Zhejiangs dancers onto the countrys most prestigious stage – “Lotus Award”. At the 7th East China Dance Performance held in 2016， the 11 programs representing seven teams in Zhejiang won a gold medal， five silver medals and five bronze medals， with the Star of East China award won by Liu Fuyang， representing Zhejiang Song and Dance Theatre.

Behind the overall strength of the level of Zhejiangs dancers， according to Pan Lan， is the combined force of the increased sources of talents and the “celebrity effect”. The rise to stardom of the provinces most outstanding dancers， such as Liu Fuyang， helped spread the information that Zhejiang is an ideal place for the career consideration of professional dancers nationwide. The unique artistic atmosphere of Zhejiang has a strong appeal to students from northern China. At the 9th China Dance Contest， Liu Fuyang won the hearts of the judging panel for his .

The “Dancers of Zhejiang Award” focuses more on the dancers than on choreographic presentation. Many recipients of this years awards are teachers – the unsung heroes behind the limelight. Such an awarding scheme aims to boost the morale of dance teachers and reward them for their unknown dedication.

“The award means immense encouragement to me and other teachers. The difference between a dance teacher and a dancer is the time it takes to see the results. A dancer may win fame overnight， but it takes five to six years for a teacher to finally see a promising student off. Day in and day out， we try our best to teach the students the basics and help them lay a solid foundation for the qualitative change that will come someday. Every day we work hard with the unfailing belief in ‘quality and ‘excellence，” shared Chu Lin， one of the winners of this years “Dancers of Zhejiang Award”.

The Hangzhou-based teacher more than qualifies for the award. Her well-received textbook， tailor-made for the physical features of budding dancers across the province， is the crystallization of more than a decade of teaching experience in Hangzhou.

One of the recipients of this years Honorary Award is Chen Ying， representing Hangzhou Dancers Society. Chen joined Hangzhou Song and Dance Theatre in 1966 as the lead dancer of the theatres dance team， and won a cult following for his performance in a dozen dance dramas such as the ballet adaptation of .

The curtains of the 3rd “Dancers of Zhejiang” has rung down； but a new chapter in the provinces dance stage has just begun. Zhejiangs dancers barely have time for a break after a busy year. The year ahead is full of new challenges and opportunities. The future is bright and colorful， and will have a charming Zhejiang flavor.
