咨詢信也屬于應(yīng)用文的一種，正文通常包括以下三個要點(diǎn)：（1）闡明寫信目的； （2）咨詢詳情；（3）表達(dá)謝意，期盼回復(fù)。分析多年高考英語作文真題發(fā)現(xiàn)，2005年與2014年高考全國卷真題中以咨詢信的完整體形式命題，其他省市的高考真題則把咨詢這一內(nèi)容作為寫作其中的一個要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行考查。

一、常用套語

1. 寫信目的

（1）I am writing to ask for information about how to be a volunteer for the Asian Winter Games. 我寫信來是為了咨詢?nèi)绾纬蔀閬喼薅具\(yùn)動會志愿者。

（2）I am writing to see if it is possible for you to provide me with information regarding /concerning /on how to learn Chinese well. 我寫信來是為了想知道您是否可以給我提供一些關(guān)于如何才能學(xué)好中文的信息。

（3）I am writing to you for further information about the English training. 我寫信來是為了進(jìn)一步了解英語培訓(xùn)。

（4）Im writing for more information about how to better learning habits. 我寫信來是為了進(jìn)一步獲取有關(guān)改善學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣的信息。

（5）I am writing in response to your advertisement. 我寫這封信是為了回復(fù)、回應(yīng)你們的廣告。

2. 咨詢詳情

（1）Could you please tell me something about how to be a volunteer for the Asian Winter Games？您能向我介紹一下如何成為亞洲冬季運(yùn)動會志愿者嗎？

（2）I would greatly appreciate it if you could tell me something about the rebuilt Qianmen Street in Beijing. 如果您能告訴我有關(guān)改建后北京前門大街的情況，我將感激不盡。

（3）I wonder if /whether you could tell me something about English speech contest to be held in our school on June 1st. 我想要知道您是否可以告訴我一些有關(guān)我們學(xué)校將在6月1日舉行的英語演講比賽的情況。

（4）I would like to know if /whether you could tell me something about summer courses. 我想要知道您是否可以告訴我暑期課程的情況？

（5）I would be much obliged to you if you let me know something about the summer camp. 如果你能告訴我有關(guān)夏令營的情況， 我將不勝感激。

（6）Could you （be so kind as to）tell me something about studentsvisiting group. 您是否可以告訴我有關(guān)學(xué)生訪問團(tuán)的情況。

（8）I would be grateful if its so kind of you to give me some essential information. 如果您能告知一些必要的信息，我將不勝感激。

（9）Id like to know something more about the volunteer activity. 我想要了解志愿者活動。

3. 表達(dá)謝意，期盼回復(fù)

如果您能回復(fù)，我將感激不盡。

（1）I would be grateful to receive a prompt reply.

（2）Id appreciate it very much if you could give me a reply.

（3）I am looking forward to your early reply.

（4）I will greatly appreciate a response from you at your earliest convenience.

二、高考題

1.（2015北京）假設(shè)你是紅星中學(xué)高三學(xué)生李華，請給你的美國朋友Jim寫一封郵件，告訴他你打算參加龍舟訓(xùn)練營，希望他一起參加。郵件的內(nèi)容包括：詢問對方的意向。[第三個要點(diǎn)]

參考范文：I wonder if/whether you are interested in joining the Dragon Boat Training Camp. I will offer you more information about it if you prefer to join it.

2.（2015天津）假設(shè)你是晨光中學(xué)學(xué)生會主席李津，你校擬向美國友好交流學(xué)校的中文班捐贈一批圖書。請根據(jù)以下提示，寫一封郵件與中文班班長Chris聯(lián)系，并告知將于今年七月赴對方學(xué)校參加夏令營時帶去贈書。[第三個要點(diǎn)] 詢問對方的其他需求。

參考范文：I wonder if/whether you should need any other things. Please do not hesitate to tell us.

3.（2013 全國大綱卷、新課標(biāo) I ）假定你是李華。請你給筆友Peter寫封信，告訴他你叔叔李明將去他所在城市開會，帶去他想要的那幅中國畫，同時詢問他是否可以接機(jī)。信中還需說明：李明：高個子，戴眼鏡航班號：CA985 到達(dá)：8月6日上午11：30

2. 可以適當(dāng)增加細(xì)節(jié)，以使行文連貫。
