南強(qiáng)青年拔尖人才計(jì)劃

廈門大學(xué)特別推出南強(qiáng)青年拔尖人才計(jì)劃，面向海內(nèi)外引進(jìn)、培養(yǎng)100名左右在學(xué)術(shù)上嶄露頭角、創(chuàng)新能力強(qiáng)、發(fā)展?jié)摿Υ蟮膬?yōu)秀青年人才，給予每位入選者為期5年的相應(yīng)支持。

一、基本條件：具有博士學(xué)位，身體健康，能全職在校履職；理工醫(yī)科類人選不超過40周歲，人文社會(huì)科學(xué)類人選不超過45周歲。同時(shí)具備以下條件之一：

1.國(guó)家“青年千人計(jì)劃”、國(guó)家“青年拔尖人才支持計(jì)劃”、國(guó)家自然科學(xué)基金優(yōu)秀青年科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目或教育部“長(zhǎng)江學(xué)者獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)計(jì)劃”青年學(xué)者項(xiàng)目入選者；或?qū)W術(shù)成就達(dá)到上述人才計(jì)劃、項(xiàng)目入選者相應(yīng)水平的人文社會(huì)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域青年人才。

2.系遴選當(dāng)年人文社會(huì)科學(xué)領(lǐng)域引進(jìn)人才，在本學(xué)科領(lǐng)域已嶄露頭角，并取得公認(rèn)的、有影響力的重大成果；學(xué)術(shù)成就超過本校所在學(xué)科現(xiàn)有教授的平均水平或近五年取得下列學(xué)術(shù)成就之一：

（1）在本學(xué)科公認(rèn)的頂尖學(xué)術(shù)刊物上發(fā)表不少于3篇學(xué)術(shù)論文（以第一作者或通訊作者身份），或出版過有重要科研價(jià)值或重大社會(huì)影響的著作（獨(dú)立作者或主要貢獻(xiàn)者）；

（2）持續(xù)獲得國(guó)家級(jí)科研項(xiàng)目資助（僅限主持）；

（3）獲得教育部高校人文社會(huì)科學(xué)研究?jī)?yōu)秀成果二等獎(jiǎng)以上（一等獎(jiǎng)限前三位完成人，二等獎(jiǎng)限第一完成人），或省部級(jí)科研成果獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)（僅限第一完成人）。

二、學(xué)校在支持期內(nèi)為入選者提供以下待遇：

1.如在原單位為教授，則直接可按照廈門大學(xué)特聘教授的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)放薪酬；如在原單位為副教授，則直接可按照廈門大學(xué)教授的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)發(fā)放薪酬.

2.學(xué)校提供住房補(bǔ)貼100萬(wàn)元，以后根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)胤績(jī)r(jià)變動(dòng)調(diào)整。

3.對(duì)于新引進(jìn)人才，學(xué)校提供科研啟動(dòng)費(fèi)支持：人文學(xué)科入選者30～50萬(wàn)元,社會(huì)科學(xué)、數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科入選者50～100萬(wàn)元，自然科學(xué)、工程技術(shù)以及醫(yī)科入選者100～300萬(wàn)元。

Top-notch Talents Recruitment Plan

Xiamen University launches its plan of soliciting around one hundred topnotch young talents who are highly capable in innovation and show prominent potentials both at home and abroad. Those admitted will be granted a five-year support.

I. Basic qualif i cations:

(I) Doctoral degree; healthy; able to work full time at the university; less than 45 years old (social sciences candidates) and less than 40 years old (natural sciences candidates); and

(II) In addition to the qualifcations as specifed in item (I), the candidates shall also meet up to any of the following conditions:

Those admitted into the "Young Overseas High-Level Talents Introduction Plan", National Plan for "Young Top-notch Talents", National Natural Sciences Foundation--Outstanding Youth Foundation, or Young Scholars Program of the Ministry of Education; or the young talents whose academic achievements have well matched with the above; or

(III) Those who have made infuential and acknowledged academic achievements, which have surpassed the average level of the professors in corresponding fields in Xiamen University; or there is any of the following circumstances in recent fve years:

(1)Those who have published no less than three papers in widely-acknowledged top academic journals in relevant fields (as first author or corresponding author);

(2) Those who have continuously obtained funding from national scientific research projects (only limited to the persons in charge)

(3) Those who have won the Outstanding Awards for Humanities and Social Sciences for Colleges and Universities granted by Chinese Ministry of Education: no less than Second Award ( only limited to three of the most important participants in the First Award; the most important participant in the Second award); or those who have won First Prize for Provincial or Ministry-Level Scientifc Research (only limited to the most important participant).

II. Those admitted will be entitled to:

1. Remuneration as specially-invited professors in Xiamen University if they are employed as professors by their former employers; or remuneration as professors in Xiamen University if they are employed as associate professors by their former employers.

2. One-million-yuan housing subsidy.

3. Funding for initiating scientific research (for newly-introduced talents): 300,000 to 500,000 yuan for humanities; 500,000 to 1,000,000 yuan for social sciences and mathematics; one million to three millions for natural sciences, engineering technology and medical sciences.
