做互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代的好書記—讀《書記談心100法》

做互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代的好書記，必須進一步提高媒介素養(yǎng)。互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代，各種傳統(tǒng)媒體和新型媒體互相融合，特別是微博、微信、微視等新媒體發(fā)展日新月異，把人們帶入了一個“人人都是記者”的自媒體時代，輿論環(huán)境、媒體格局發(fā)生了深刻變化。黨團書記的媒介素養(yǎng)需要在實踐中鍛煉、在學習中提高。在日常工作中，要對傳媒的性質(zhì)、特點、功能、手段、作用、現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢等有一個基本的了解和把握；要熟悉與本職工作相關(guān)聯(lián)的新聞事件、社情民意、輿情動態(tài)，找準員工的關(guān)注點、興奮點，及時理順情緒，化解矛盾，以增強工作的針對性、實效性。
