摘要:為油菜的合理施肥提供依據(jù),以甘藍(lán)型油菜中雙8號為對象,通過營養(yǎng)液培養(yǎng)試驗(yàn),在同一氮水平下設(shè)置5種不同的硝銨比,研究不同氮形態(tài)對油菜幼苗株高、根長、鮮重、生物量及葉綠素含量等指標(biāo)的影響。結(jié)果表明,供應(yīng)兩種形態(tài)氮素比單一形態(tài)氮素更有利于油菜生長發(fā)育以及提高產(chǎn)量;硝銨比75/25的處理生長狀況最好;硝銨比超過75/25時,隨著營養(yǎng)液中NH4+比例升高,幼苗各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)顯著降低。

Effects of Nitrogen on Seedling Stage of Rape

Abstract: To provide theoretical basis for the rational application of fertilizer on rape, taking the pair of 8th in Brassica napus as the abject, culture experiments were conducted from the nutrient solution. 5 different ratios of ammonium nitrate in the same nitrogen levels were set. The impact of rape seedling height, root length, fresh weight, biomass, chlorophyll and other indicators from different nitrogen forms was studied. The results showed that supplying two kinds of nitrogen was better than single nitrogen in rape growth and productivity. The growth conditions was best as the ammonium nitrate was 75/25. When the ammonium nitrate surpassed 75/25, each seedling index decreased significantly as the NH4+ rise in the proportion.
