近幾年來，高考英語寫作試題中出現(xiàn)了不少應(yīng)用文。有些應(yīng)用文同學(xué)們也能寫出來，但寫出來的文章往往思路不夠清晰，語言不太流暢和規(guī)范。通過對(duì)雅思考試多年的研究，筆者發(fā)現(xiàn)，大家只要將題目和一定的寫作套路結(jié)合起來，就能夠?qū)懗鱿鄬?duì)規(guī)范的應(yīng)用文。下面以高考中比較常見的道歉信和咨詢信為例，來看如何利用雅思小作文攻克高考英語應(yīng)用文。

Dear Ms Barnes，

I am writing concerning （關(guān)于） the position of Assistant Office Manager that I am due to begin （應(yīng)該接任） next Monday. I am afraid to inform you that a problem has arisen.

As you know， I currently work for my uncle's food-packing business， and you will remember from my interview that I have gained valuable experience there.

Unfortunately， he has had to go into hospital for an operation， leaving my aunt in charge of （負(fù)責(zé)） both the home and the business. She has asked me， as this is a particularly busy time of year， to stay on and help her with the running of the office.

【高考真題】（2014年高考英語北京卷書面表達(dá)）

你給英國朋友Chris寫一封信，內(nèi)容包括：1. 你們?cè)?jì)劃7月份一同去云南旅游；2. 由于腳部受傷，你無法按原計(jì)劃前往；3. 表達(dá)你的歉意并建議將旅行推遲到8月份。

注意：1. 詞數(shù)不少于50。2. 可適當(dāng)增加細(xì)節(jié)，以使行文連貫。3. 開頭和結(jié)尾已給出，不計(jì)入總詞數(shù)。

【分析】通過審題，我們看到文中有“由于……無法……”“表達(dá)你的歉意”等字眼，因此可判斷要寫的是一封道歉信，可以嘗試?yán)蒙厦娣段牡膶懽魉悸贰?/p>

總述：開頭段我們可以使用上面范文中的“I am writing concerning/about ...”。根據(jù)內(nèi)容要點(diǎn)1和2可知，寫信的內(nèi)容是自己本計(jì)劃在7月和朋友一起去云南旅游，結(jié)果由于扭傷腳踝，現(xiàn)在無法按原計(jì)劃去了。此處可以借鑒雅思范文，先用I am afraid to inform you that引出問題，緊接著再簡(jiǎn)單介紹一下原因。

陳述原因：接下來可以具體陳述原因，比如“原以為自己能很快康復(fù)（recover），但是不得不去醫(yī)院做手術(shù)”。我們可以借用范文里的分詞短語，比如“自己的缺席造成沒人負(fù)責(zé)朋友的旅游”就可以表達(dá)為leaving nobody in charge of your trip。

提出措施：根據(jù)內(nèi)容要點(diǎn)3可知，措施就是“將旅行推遲到8月份”，此時(shí)可以用范文里比較委婉和誠懇的句型“I realise that this will be inconvenient for you， but very much hope that， given the circumstances， you would be prepared to ...”，也可以用I wonder if ...等相對(duì)簡(jiǎn)單的句型。范文第五段進(jìn)一步表明了自己的態(tài)度，有能力的同學(xué)也可以發(fā)揮想象，比如“我非常希望和你一起去云南，屆時(shí)我一定會(huì)為你安排一趟舒適的旅行”。

結(jié)尾：最后可以再次表示歉意，同時(shí)期待對(duì)方的答復(fù)。

注意：1. 詞數(shù)100左右。2. 可以適當(dāng)增加細(xì)節(jié)，以使行文連貫。3. 參考詞匯：住宿—accommodation

【分析】首先，題目要求里有“詢問有關(guān)情況”，可知要寫的是一封咨詢信，可以嘗試?yán)蒙厦娣段牡膶懽魉悸贰?/p>

表明寫信緣由：暑假期間計(jì)劃去英國學(xué)習(xí)為期六周的英語課程，需要咨詢一下課程。

概括咨詢內(nèi)容：此處可以直接借鑒范文的常用句型。

展開咨詢事項(xiàng)：通過分析可知，真題和范文的相同之處在于二者都涉及了size、date、daily hours，所以我們?cè)趯懽鲿r(shí)可以參考范文中的五個(gè)疑問句句式。需要注意的是，我們需將daily opening hours改為daily learning hours，雖然題目要求問的是每周的課時(shí)數(shù)（how many hours of learning per week），但每天的課時(shí)數(shù)與每周課時(shí)數(shù)可以換算，而且形式上更加簡(jiǎn)練。最后的type of accommodation，我們可以發(fā)揮想象，比如最便宜的宿舍。此外，大家如果想強(qiáng)調(diào)某方面或某幾方面，可以套用范文里的I should point out that I hope to ...句型。比如想強(qiáng)調(diào)住宿費(fèi)用要盡可能低，就可以說成：I should point out that I hope to spend as little as possible on accommodation. 句中除了使用了spend ... on ...的結(jié)構(gòu)，還使用了as ... as結(jié)構(gòu)，使行文更加生動(dòng)，同時(shí)避免落入使用the cheapest的俗套。

結(jié)尾：借鑒范文中期待回信的經(jīng)典句型結(jié)尾即可。
