Different people like different seasons. Someone likes spring because its energetic. Someone likes fall because its cool. However， I like winter best.

As everyone knows， winter is cold. But why do I like winter？ There are two reasons. First， my hometown is Harbin. It is well-known as the Ice City. I can join in many interesting activities about ice and snow. For example， skating is a good choice. In winter， the Songhua River is frozen， many people can play on ice. I can skate very fast. It makes me feel free and it can give me a special sense. How exciting it is！ Second， I can enjoy the beautiful scenery of snow. I am an imaginative boy. So I always imagine snow is an angel in a white dress， a white animal， complete white trees and so on. I really like these white creatures. Because of these two reasons， I like winter better than the other seasons.

Though winter is a bleak season， it gives me much happiness that other seasons cant offer me. So I will always like winter best.
