“浙江創(chuàng)造”閃耀倫敦奧運(yùn)

隨著2012年倫敦奧運(yùn)的到來(lái),中國(guó)浙江的許多民營(yíng)企業(yè)也在這座全世界都關(guān)注的大舞臺(tái)上,盡情書(shū)寫(xiě)著自己的亮色。

創(chuàng)意舞臺(tái):“走出去”的企業(yè)文化

我最早知道的“浙江創(chuàng)造”亮相奧運(yùn)的企業(yè),是總部設(shè)在寧波余姚的大豐實(shí)業(yè)有限公司。早在2004年的雅典奧運(yùn)場(chǎng)館里,就有他們出品的座椅和看臺(tái)。之后的2008年北京奧運(yùn)、現(xiàn)時(shí)的倫敦奧運(yùn),他們一個(gè)都沒(méi)落下。

是什么讓這家企業(yè)的舞臺(tái)和座椅獲得每一屆奧運(yùn)會(huì)主辦方青睞?

在奧運(yùn)這樣的大平臺(tái)前,單單價(jià)格的優(yōu)惠絕不是主要因素,擁有別家企業(yè)無(wú)可比擬的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì)才是大豐的成功秘訣。

大豐副總經(jīng)理陸均林告訴我,這家成立于1991年的工業(yè)企業(yè),一開(kāi)始只是為舞臺(tái)做一些不起眼的配件。

但僅靠技術(shù)含量相對(duì)較低的座椅等配件,無(wú)法滿足大豐越來(lái)越高的目標(biāo)。隨著20世紀(jì)末到來(lái),觀眾“口味”越來(lái)越重,舞臺(tái)經(jīng)常需要上演一些類(lèi)似“科幻片”的表演,這非靠舞臺(tái)機(jī)械不可。因此,從2001年開(kāi)始,大豐實(shí)業(yè)便投入舞臺(tái)機(jī)械設(shè)備的研發(fā),同時(shí)在杭州、北京成立了設(shè)計(jì)院和省級(jí)工程技術(shù)中心,引進(jìn)了300多名中高級(jí)技術(shù)人員,把高端產(chǎn)品的研發(fā)視為企業(yè)最具潛力的投資。

“從這一創(chuàng)新理念出發(fā),進(jìn)入2000年以后,大豐年科研經(jīng)費(fèi)一直保持在銷(xiāo)售額的5%以上。有了科技人員,大豐在拓展舞臺(tái)機(jī)械產(chǎn)業(yè)的征程中,積極尋求高起點(diǎn)發(fā)展,與世界著名的舞臺(tái)機(jī)械制造商日本三精、德國(guó)BBH等國(guó)際一流企業(yè)建立了合作關(guān)系,以此實(shí)現(xiàn)大豐核心技術(shù)達(dá)到國(guó)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先國(guó)際先進(jìn)的水平?!标懢终f(shuō)。

2004年,大豐在行業(yè)內(nèi)率先獲得了舞臺(tái)機(jī)械、燈光音響的國(guó)家甲級(jí)設(shè)計(jì)資質(zhì);2005年,獲得了舞臺(tái)機(jī)械工程綜合能力等級(jí)一級(jí)證書(shū)。在技術(shù)創(chuàng)新上,他們自主開(kāi)發(fā)的柔性齒條式升降裝置技術(shù)填補(bǔ)了舞臺(tái)技術(shù)升降裝置領(lǐng)域的國(guó)際空白,為世界首創(chuàng),2006年,這一項(xiàng)目被列入國(guó)家火炬計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目。

一連串的技術(shù)創(chuàng)新和品牌提升戰(zhàn)略,終于為大豐贏來(lái)了更高端的訂單。2006年,大豐的舞臺(tái)中標(biāo)國(guó)家體育館等多個(gè)北京奧運(yùn)項(xiàng)目,次年,大豐公司再次獲得了國(guó)家?jiàn)W體中心體育場(chǎng)和國(guó)家?jiàn)W體中心體育館兩個(gè)項(xiàng)目座椅看臺(tái)的中標(biāo)權(quán)。這些項(xiàng)目在2008年北京奧運(yùn)會(huì)上大放異彩,也吸引了更多的外國(guó)客商,讓大豐走出了國(guó)際化的一步,也奠定了在倫敦奧運(yùn)大放異彩的基礎(chǔ)。據(jù)了解,這家企業(yè)折桂倫敦奧運(yùn)伸縮看臺(tái)工程成定局后,已經(jīng)開(kāi)始把目光瞄準(zhǔn)2016年里約熱內(nèi)盧奧運(yùn)會(huì)—今年,大豐已經(jīng)連續(xù)三次參加了巴西圣保羅的體育行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)展會(huì),帶著印有大豐LOGO的舞臺(tái)座椅,成功在2014年巴西世界杯場(chǎng)館項(xiàng)目首輪競(jìng)標(biāo)中“突圍”,并以積極的準(zhǔn)備迎接第二輪的審核。

體育器材:“亮得出”的自主品牌

“技術(shù)專(zhuān)攻”型的企業(yè)不止大豐一家,越來(lái)越多的的浙江體育器材企業(yè)在發(fā)展的同時(shí)迅速擴(kuò)張,把“浙江創(chuàng)造”的品牌推向了世界。

浙江華鷹控股集團(tuán)就是其中之一。在今年的倫敦奧運(yùn)上,組委會(huì)準(zhǔn)備的80多艘賽艇,都是向杭州的華鷹集團(tuán)采購(gòu)的。公司的產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)提了三次價(jià),幅度在20%左右,產(chǎn)品仍然供不應(yīng)求,目前訂單已經(jīng)排到了明年年底。華鷹“掌門(mén)人”熊樟法告訴我,2010年底,華鷹集團(tuán)的自主品牌“無(wú)敵牌”開(kāi)始參與倫敦奧運(yùn)的競(jìng)標(biāo),經(jīng)過(guò)兩年連續(xù)三輪的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)勝出。熊樟法覺(jué)得,華鷹集團(tuán)能夠勝出,是這兩年對(duì)產(chǎn)品技術(shù)的提升起了關(guān)鍵作用。

“賽艇都是手工制造,要求比較高,對(duì)船身的自重嚴(yán)格到以克為單位。其中如何提高賽艇的排水功能是一個(gè)國(guó)際性難題?!毙苷练ń忉?zhuān)绾伟言诒荣愔袨R入的水排出去,一般采用的是傳動(dòng)棒滾動(dòng)排水,但這樣會(huì)增加船體的重量。為此,華鷹集團(tuán)投入3000多萬(wàn)元人民幣,請(qǐng)來(lái)了德國(guó)的造艇大師,通過(guò)流體力學(xué)和空氣動(dòng)力學(xué)等原理,研發(fā)了自動(dòng)排水功能,一舉在同行中勝出。

金耐斯體育用品有限公司的蹦床,也是“浙江創(chuàng)造”體育器材中的佼佼者。憑借生產(chǎn)的“高飛牌”蹦床,他們“蹦”進(jìn)倫敦奧運(yùn)。據(jù)了解,他們將向倫敦奧運(yùn)提供包括比賽器械和練習(xí)器械在內(nèi)總共11套器材因?yàn)楫a(chǎn)品質(zhì)量高、使用穩(wěn)定性強(qiáng)、售后服務(wù)好,金耐斯生產(chǎn)的蹦床已經(jīng)先后成為無(wú)錫蹦床世界杯錦標(biāo)賽、英國(guó)伯明翰第28屆蹦床世錦賽、倫敦奧運(yùn)測(cè)試賽等多項(xiàng)國(guó)際頂級(jí)大賽的“御用”產(chǎn)品,并獲得了8項(xiàng)技術(shù)專(zhuān)利,如愿拿到了國(guó)際體聯(lián)的認(rèn)證證書(shū)。這次能順利進(jìn)軍倫敦奧運(yùn),也是實(shí)至名歸。

金耐斯董事長(zhǎng)黃擁軍說(shuō),他們的蹦床網(wǎng)面技術(shù)得到了國(guó)際認(rèn)證,取得了專(zhuān)利,經(jīng)過(guò)各類(lèi)國(guó)際賽事的考驗(yàn)后成功進(jìn)入倫敦奧運(yùn)。最近,因?yàn)橹忍岣撸瑒e家無(wú)法生產(chǎn),以前從沒(méi)有聯(lián)系的日本國(guó)家蹦床隊(duì)和澳大利亞客戶(hù)也都慕名前來(lái)公司考察。

禮品設(shè)計(jì):“想不到”的浙江智慧

其實(shí),除了質(zhì)量過(guò)硬和技術(shù)含量高的浙江產(chǎn)舞臺(tái)座椅、浙江產(chǎn)體育用品之外,倫敦奧運(yùn)上,還有不少浙江創(chuàng)造的周邊禮品以精巧的設(shè)計(jì)和創(chuàng)意打動(dòng)了老外。

浙江義烏地區(qū),一向是體育用品的外貿(mào)大戶(hù)。在2010年的南非世界杯上,義烏制造的喇叭“嗚嗚祖拉”成為一大熱點(diǎn)。但當(dāng)時(shí),每個(gè)“嗚嗚祖拉”只賺2毛錢(qián)。今年,體育用品的生產(chǎn)商再次迎來(lái)商機(jī),相比沒(méi)有專(zhuān)利、沒(méi)有技術(shù)含量、價(jià)格低廉的旗幟、喇叭、拍拍棒、拍手器等,擁有專(zhuān)利的高科技產(chǎn)品明顯勝出一籌。寧波嗚嗚祖拉塑膠有限公司為“嗚嗚祖拉”注冊(cè)了商標(biāo),進(jìn)行了總體設(shè)計(jì)。相比于當(dāng)初小作坊粗制濫造的喇叭,經(jīng)由國(guó)際大師設(shè)計(jì)包裝的“嗚嗚祖拉”顯然精貴得多。公司負(fù)責(zé)人說(shuō),目前每個(gè)出口價(jià)格在4元左右,利潤(rùn)從5%提高到了15%左右。

曾參與設(shè)計(jì)北京奧運(yùn)經(jīng)典的“青花瓷”系列頒獎(jiǎng)禮服的杭州萬(wàn)事利絲綢公司,也試圖在倫敦延續(xù)他們的奧林匹克“絲路”。萬(wàn)事利精心設(shè)計(jì)了中國(guó)體育軍團(tuán)“出征彩”,完美結(jié)合了東西方文化特質(zhì)和北京、倫敦兩屆奧運(yùn)的璀璨之光。同時(shí),他們還獨(dú)具匠心地開(kāi)發(fā)了《奧運(yùn)之光》全真絲收藏書(shū)冊(cè),以來(lái)自杭嘉湖絲綢之府的上品絲綢為材質(zhì),以業(yè)內(nèi)領(lǐng)先的絲綢工藝精心打造,裝幀精美、內(nèi)涵豐富。

當(dāng)然,傳統(tǒng)的浙江服飾,除了價(jià)廉物美之外,也打起了設(shè)計(jì)牌。浙江嘉興云龍服飾有限公司就是一例。公司老總?cè)锡堈f(shuō),早年,企業(yè)以生產(chǎn)棉質(zhì)的文化衫為主,起步階段做得還算順風(fēng)順?biāo)?,但隨著浙東浙南經(jīng)濟(jì)的崛起,云龍面臨巨大的壓力。

于是,任龍確定在面料研發(fā)上找突破口。任龍的決策是成功的。在這次倫敦奧運(yùn)上,云龍的球迷服被倫敦奧運(yùn)的國(guó)際服裝零售商看中,成功拿到了為17國(guó)12萬(wàn)足球迷定制球迷服的訂單。球迷服的面料是云龍自己研發(fā)的,光滑柔軟,從手感到色牢度,再到透氣性都很棒,很多指標(biāo)高于國(guó)外產(chǎn)品。

“我們自己研發(fā)的面料都申請(qǐng)了專(zhuān)利,而外國(guó)客戶(hù)對(duì)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)是很看重的,他們覺(jué)得這個(gè)東西是你自己研發(fā)的,就算加你幾美金也可以理解?!眹L到甜頭的任龍毫不掩飾對(duì)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新的熱情。

這些故事,見(jiàn)證了浙江體育企業(yè)從浙江制造向浙江創(chuàng)造的成功蛻變。隨著信息技術(shù)的突飛猛進(jìn),打造“智慧浙江”已成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)化、信息化與市場(chǎng)化、城市化融合下的大勢(shì)所趨。浙江最大的優(yōu)勢(shì)就是商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新、應(yīng)用市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)和人文創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)的優(yōu)勢(shì)?!?/p>

Zhejiang Products for 2012 London Olympic Games

As countdown to 2012 London Olympic Games has been going on, media reports on the world sports gala have been all the rage. Unexpectedly for many, a private manufacturer in Zhejiang got on the bandwagon of suppliers and is contracted to provide telescopic seating systems for competition venues in London. The manufacturer is Dafeng, Chinas very biggest manufacturer of all kinds of seating systems for stadiums, auditoria, theaters, airports, lounges, dining rooms and multi-functional halls. One number may best define how big Dafeng operates: its telescopic seating system accounts for 95% of the market in China. The manufacturers seating systems can now be seen across China and overseas.

Founded in 1991, Dafang started as a small-time manufacturer of parts for theater stages. The breakthrough product that put Dafeng on the national stage is seats. At present, 95% of television networks in China at national, provincial, municipal levels use seats made by Dafeng. Movie houses in Hollywood, Athens, and Tokyo also use seats from Dafeng. In 2004, seven sports venues in Athens were equipped with seating systems provided by Dafeng.

As a seating system producer, Dafeng began to make itself established gradually in the late 1990s and the early 2000. Dafeng is ambitious. It did not rest on the laurels of seat making. Started in 2001, the manufacturer invested heavily in developing a new product line: stage equipment. It set up design institutes and technology centers in Hangzhou and Beijing respectively. About 300 professionals with senior and intermittent titles are engaged in product research and development. Since 2000, Dafeng has been plowing 5% of the annual sales revenue back to product research and development. It has partnered with stage equipment manufacturers in Japan and Germany.

In 2004, Dafang qualified as Chinas first class-A designer for stage equipment, lighting and acoustics. In 2005, it obtained a class-A certification for doing stage equipment projects. The company developed a special elevator stage technology in 2005, which in 2006 was included as part of the State Torch Project. The technology is widely believed to be the worlds best.

In 2006, Dafeng won bids for making stages for National Stadium in Beijing and Shenyang Stadium. In 2007, Dafeng won bids for seating systems for two major stadiums at China National Olympic Sports Center, the major venues for 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. Since then, Dafeng has made more and more international appearances.

Dafeng is not the only manufacturer that creatively manufactures its unique products for international sports events. Huaying Holding, a producer of racing boats and yachts, is another Zhejiang manufacturer whose products are engaged in 2012 London Olympic Games. Its Wudi brand racing boats are vessels designated by the organizing committee of 2012 London Olympic Games for competition. The company has an aggregate order of 80 plus racing boats for the rowing events in London. London is the third Olympic Games for Huaying.

Zhejiang Sports Goods Co Ltd is a professional business in developing, manufacturing, marketing all kinds of gymnastics equipments for both training and competition. Its best-known product line is trampolines. The company provides 11 sets of gymnastics equipment for the 2012 London Olympic Games. Before they got orders for 2012 London Olympic Games, the company supplied gymnastics equipment for the 28th world championships, 2011 FIG Trampoline Gymnastics World Cup Wuxi, Guangdong Provincial Sports Game, National Trampoline Championship, 2010 National Gymnastics Championship.

Yunlong, a sports jersey maker situated in Jiaxing, a central city in northern Zhejiang, is the maker of 120,000 football jerseys for fans of 17 countries for 2012 London Olympic Games. Yunlong beat all the competitors and got the large order primarily because the company produces patented fabrics. Patents are Yunlongs secrets of winning.

In 2010, the Vuvuzela became a symbol of 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa. That year, the horns heard at the football matches in South Africa and around the world were manufactured in Zhejiang. The producers, however, did not make much money out of the plastic horns. A manufacturer in Ningbo, a port city in eastern Zhejiang, has registered the trademark of the vuvuzela in Chinese and has got it redesigned. The company says that it is going to make much more money out of the vuvuzela horns it produces for the London Olympic Games.

Wensli, a silk product group, made silk garments for Chinese athletes at 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, goes all out this year again for Chinese athletes at 2012 London Olympic Games. Chinese athletes for London will be wearing the designer jerseys by Wensli. □
