GE多導電生理心電工作站系統(tǒng)是我導管室開展心臟電生理手術(shù)的必要設備，系統(tǒng)設置功能意外被設置密碼，不能進行設置更改。協(xié)同廠家工程師，進入系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫，刪除系統(tǒng)了設置密碼，恢復系統(tǒng)設置功能。

應用軟件版本：Cardiolab V5.1, 操作系統(tǒng)版本：Windows NT

2 故障現(xiàn)象描述

Cardiolab 無法進行系統(tǒng)設置,當要進行系統(tǒng)設置時,彈出”請輸入密碼”的對話框在沒有密碼的情況下直接回車就可以進行系統(tǒng)設置。

可能出現(xiàn)此故障的因素：

（1）由于密碼被人設置過, 而沒有人知道, 導致數(shù)據(jù)的存儲路徑一直在硬盤的D 盤內(nèi), 由于長時間大量數(shù)據(jù)儲存導致系統(tǒng)速度變慢, 系統(tǒng)報錯“硬盤數(shù)據(jù)已滿, 請更改到光盤路徑”。

（2）由于Windows NT的操作下的Cardiolab V5.1D 密碼更改相當?shù)膹碗s需要通過特殊的方法才能解決。

3 排除故障過程

以下是結(jié)合廠家技術(shù)部門的材料以及實際工作中的情況確定更改密碼的步驟。

（1）以Administrator 用戶名登陸,密碼: cardiolab!進入Windows NT的管理員

（2）選擇Start/Programs/MSAcess關(guān)閉除MSAcess軟件外的其他窗口, Select File/NewCreate a New（選擇文件/創(chuàng)建新項目）

（注:若在strat/Programs中沒有找到相應的MSAcess,請使用搜索功能查找該數(shù)據(jù)庫軟件）

·Accept the default file name that appears and select Create（出現(xiàn)新建項目后使用默認文件名）

·Select this machines name from the drop down window for step 1.（按照步驟1從下拉框中選擇主機名稱）

·Login name is sa（登陸用戶名是sa）

·Uncheck the box marked Allow saving password(保存密碼，不檢查框定標記)

·Select the clab database from the drop down window for setp 3（按照步驟3，從下拉框中選擇clab database）

·Test the connection to the clab database（測試與clab database的連接）

Select OK and OK（選擇OK）

·The clab database will now open（彈出clab database應用界面）

·Browse to the USER table and open it（找到并打開UESER文件）

·Delete the entry in the cell under PASSWORD（刪除PASSWORD下面框中的內(nèi)容）

·It should be blank like this（保持框中為空，如下圖）

Exit from Access（退出程序）

·Relaunch the Application（重新啟動應用程序）

·Don’t forget to tell the Lab manager that they will need to reenter the password again at their convienence.（要告知手術(shù)室管理員需要重新輸入密碼）

（3）當所有以上步驟都完成后, 就可以更改系統(tǒng)設置,刪除數(shù)據(jù)等權(quán)限比較高的工作.

(注意:請將系統(tǒng)盤里的數(shù)據(jù)全部保存到移動的MO光盤中,這樣能夠提高系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定性和高效性)

Setting password for GE COMBOLAB workstation system

GE COMBOLAB workstation system is an essential equipment for electrophysiology operation. The system setup had been set password accidentally, so we can not change the settings. We canceled the password in database with help of GE engineer and resumed the system setup function.
