While we were playing basketball, one of my classmates Liu Qiang fell over and broke his ankle. He was so painful that he could hardly move his body.
On seeing this,I rushed to him and gave him first aid immediately.First,I checked his injury which looked red and swollen.I tried to find some ice water to cool the wounded area down. Then,I searched again for some wood to hold the ankle in place. At last,I called the ambulance and sent him to the hospital.
Thanks to the first-aid knowledge I learnt earlier,I successfully helped my classmate. So it's important for us to master relevant first-aid knowledge.

To my excitement,I was issued a first aider certificate.I held the certificate with pride and thought that I could help more people in need with the knowledge I have learned.

Paragraph 1:
Seeing my father's response,I felt more ashamed of my bad behavior.Lowering my head,I went to my room. When my mother was mending the T-shirt,my father came to my room.Instead of scolding me,he said softly,“I know you were so angry at that time.I can understand you.But keep in mind that being angry is like drinking poison and expecting others to suffer.”Hearing my father's words,I responded,“I am sorry that I didn't control my anger at that time.”Then I gathered my courage, went out of my room, and apologized to my mom for what I had done.My mother smiled and forgave me.
Paragraph 2:
On that day,I decided not to let angercontrol me any longer.Of course, there are times when I am angry. However, whenever that happens,I will try to remember my father's gentle kindness. When he saw his broken T-shirt,instead of shouting and scolding,he just thought of my feeling and tried to deal with the problem. It always reminds me to think about others' feelings when I get angry.I learned that anger can do nothing but make the situation worse. My father's gentle kindness taught me a lesson which I would never forget, and his words will be engraved in my mind forever.

第一節(jié)
One day,Li Ming and I were on our way back to the dormitory after fetching some boiling water from the boiler house when Li Ming's thermos bottle burst and the boiling water caused severe injuries to his feet. The burn was so severe that the skin was red and swollen.
Immediately,I carried him to the water tap nearby and put his feet under the cold running water until the pain lessened.Afterwards,I called a taxi and rushed him to the hospital where he received a further treatment.
Only then was I aware what a difference a basic knowledge of first aid can make, especially in such a case.
第二節(jié)
Paragraph 1:
At10:35am the doorbell rang and my father stood outside the door smiling, accompanied by a young man.I hugged my father tightly and affectionately.Enormously relieved, the young man told methat my father had lost his way while returning home after the morning walk. The only description he could provide was that my house was near the park and that the house was made of red bricks. With much effort, and in almost two hours' searching, the young man was able to locate my house. He expressed great relief at getting my father home.Paragraph 2:
After knowing what had happened,I showed my appreciation of his kindness.I invited him inside to join us for a cup of tea.The man refused politely and said sincerely that he felt so delighted to have brought my father safely home to me that he did not require further thanks. Then he drove the car away without even sharing his name and I have not seen him again. This kind act has a lasting influence on me.I always give others a helping hand if possible, even so many years later.
