山東省第十二次黨代會確定了“在‘走在前、開新局’上取得突破性進展，創(chuàng)造更多標志性成果，推動綜合發(fā)展實力、人民生活品質、社會文明程度、社會治理效能、生態(tài)環(huán)境質量、管黨治黨水平等多方面工作實現(xiàn)新躍升”的今后五年奮斗目標。

在全市半年工作總結分析會議上，山東省副省長、煙臺市委書記傅明先圍繞“重點項目提速建設、骨干企業(yè)做大做強、招引旗艦型大項目、提升園區(qū)載體平臺”等方面，提出了“六個聚力突破”的工作要求，這一系列目標要求為全市上下奮力開創(chuàng)發(fā)展新局面、打造山東發(fā)展重要增長極指明了前進方向，提供了根本遵循。

為深入貫徹落實山東省第十二次黨代會精神和全市半年工作總結分析會議精神，回顧盤點、總結提升，8月24日起，煙臺市人民政府新聞辦公室連續(xù)推出十場系列新聞發(fā)布會，通報和介紹今年以來，煙臺圍繞高效統(tǒng)籌疫情防控和經濟社會發(fā)展采取的一系列新舉措、新辦法，取得的一系列新突破、新成效。

The 12th Party Congress in Shandong Province set it as its goal in the forthcoming five years to make breakthrough in pioneering to create a new situation， make more symbolic achievements， advance new leaps in multiple aspects including comprehensive development strength， people’s life quality， social civilization， efficiency of social management， quality of ecological environment and party administration and governance.

In the municipal conference for the summarization and analysis of work for the first half of this year， Fu Mingxian， deputy provincial governor of Shandong Province and secretary of CPC Yantai Municipal Committee， centered on the accelerated construction of key projects， expansion and consolidation of key enterprises， attraction of big flagship projects and elevation of the carrier platforms of parks and put forward the work requirement of “Six Cohesive Breakthroughs.” The series of goals and requirements pointed to the direction of progress and provided the fundamental principle for all the city to strive to create a new situation for development and forge an important growth pole for the development of Shandong.

To further implement the spirit of the 12th Party Congress in Shandong Province and the municipal conference for the summarization and analysis of work by reviewing， checking， summarizing and elevating， the news office of Yantai Municipal People’s Government launched a series of ten press conferences since Aug.24 to inform and introduce the series of new measures and methods adopted by Yantai centering on efficient coordination of the prevention and control of the COVID-19 pandemic and economic and social development and the series of new breakthroughs and effects it had made.
