自2016年12月中老鐵路工程全面開工,中鐵二院磨萬(wàn)鐵路項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部全員就駐扎建設(shè)一線?;貞涀?010年起11年間頭頂炙陽(yáng),腳踩泥濘勘察設(shè)計(jì)的日子,項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部總工程師、技術(shù)部部長(zhǎng)、黨支部書記劉亞新記憶猶新,她笑容燦爛地說(shuō):“所有的光陰都無(wú)怨無(wú)悔?!?/p>
作為項(xiàng)目總工,抓好技術(shù)工作是關(guān)鍵。為保質(zhì)量、保工期,劉亞新需時(shí)刻掌握建設(shè)單位的要求,及時(shí)與施工單位溝通,了解現(xiàn)場(chǎng)難題,尤其是“疑難雜癥”。劉亞新的壓力巨大,白天跑工地,晚上審核技術(shù)方案。
2018年,萬(wàn)象至萬(wàn)榮高速公路建設(shè)與中老鐵路建設(shè)存在多次交叉干擾,影響到鐵路的橋涵、路基排水、棄渣場(chǎng)、通站道路、改移道路等,劉亞新主動(dòng)向老中公司匯報(bào)并要求進(jìn)行全線核對(duì)梳理。一開始,對(duì)方不理解,認(rèn)為應(yīng)該由后實(shí)施的高速公路方主動(dòng)梳理。但劉亞新堅(jiān)持認(rèn)為,設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)站在建設(shè)單位的角度上考慮,盡可能在雙方施工前主動(dòng)將問(wèn)題暴露出來(lái)并提出解決方案,規(guī)避施工過(guò)程中的干擾和影響。最終,經(jīng)過(guò)雙方各自梳理并逐一對(duì)接,通過(guò)雙方會(huì)審、共同現(xiàn)場(chǎng)核對(duì)、來(lái)往函件確認(rèn)后,施工過(guò)程非常順利。
在工作現(xiàn)場(chǎng),劉亞新頭戴安全帽,身穿工作服,帶頭沖到最前面,她是同事們眼中的女漢子;對(duì)項(xiàng)目細(xì)節(jié)認(rèn)真嚴(yán)謹(jǐn),層層把關(guān),她是同事們心中的女強(qiáng)人。
作為中鐵二院的線路工程師,參與中老鐵路設(shè)計(jì)11年來(lái),劉亞新總是雷厲風(fēng)行,工作效率不輸男同事,也因?qū)嵏尚偷墓ぷ髯黠L(fēng)被大家親切地稱為“新哥”。面對(duì)大家的信任和支持,劉亞新很欣慰,她說(shuō):“不管項(xiàng)目多么復(fù)雜,面臨多少困難,我和身后的技術(shù)團(tuán)隊(duì)從未退縮過(guò)一步?!薄斑@是造福兩國(guó)人民的工程,再苦再難我們也要做好。”
敬業(yè)和負(fù)責(zé)的工作態(tài)度讓劉亞新贏得了建設(shè)單位、施工單位等參建各方的認(rèn)可和好評(píng)。連續(xù)受到老中公司的書面表?yè)P(yáng),2018年被中老鐵路項(xiàng)目聯(lián)合黨工委評(píng)為“中老鐵路黨員先鋒崗”,2019年被老中公司評(píng)為“技術(shù)專家”,被中鐵二院評(píng)為“優(yōu)秀海外職工”。
成績(jī)背后,是她默默承擔(dān)著來(lái)自家庭和工作的雙重壓力。2010年3月,還在產(chǎn)假中的劉亞新接到中老鐵路預(yù)可行性研究的任務(wù),她毫不猶豫地結(jié)束產(chǎn)假,把剛出院的父親和剛滿3個(gè)月的孩子送回了老家。她常說(shuō),在中老鐵路工作了多少年,她的孩子就多少歲。其實(shí),這個(gè)項(xiàng)目又何嘗不是她的另一個(gè)孩子呢?
建設(shè)了11年,劉亞新深感虧欠家庭和孩子太多,但她仍然無(wú)怨無(wú)悔地把最美的芳華獻(xiàn)給中老鐵路,獻(xiàn)給中老友誼!
As a line engineer of China Railway Eryuan Engineering Group Co., Ltd. (CREEC), Liu Yaxin has been participating in the design of China-Laos Railway for 11 years. Colleagues treat her as a “bro” because she works in a vigorous and resolute manner and as efficiently as her male co-workers. Liu is pleased to accept everyone’s trust and support, and she and the technical team never flinched from solving difficulties in the complex project. She said, “No matter how hard it is, we will ensure high-quality construction of this project for the benefit of the two peoples.”
Being dedicated and responsible, Liu has won the recognition and praise of all parties participating in the project construction. Liu has also gained much written praise. In 2018, she won the title of “Party member spearhead in China-Laos Railway construction” by the Joint Party Working Committee of China-Laos Railway. In 2019, she was rated as “a technical expert” by the Laos-China Railway Co., Ltd. and “an excellent staff member overseas” by CREEC.
