徐雪峰，字仲民，號弘韜居士、墨奴山房，祖籍莒縣，現居濟南?，F為中國美術家協會會員，中國書法家協會會員，中國工筆畫學會會員，國家一級美術師，山東財經大學文學院特聘教授，濟南市書法家協會創(chuàng)作委員會副主任，濟南市市中區(qū)美術家協會副主席，山東泰山國畫院書法藝委會主任，中國畫院高級畫師，九三學社山東省委社員，九三學社濟南書畫院理事。

Xu Xuefeng， courtesy name Zhongmin， literary name Hongtao Jushi， or Monu Shanfang， now lives in Jinan. At present， he is a member of the China Artists Association， member of the China Calligraphers Association， member of the China Hue Art Association， national first-class artist， distinguished professor at the School of Literature， Shandong University of Finance and Economics， deputy director of the Creativity Committee of the Jinan Calligraphers Association， vice president of the Shizhong District Artists Association， director of the Calligraphy Art Committee of the Shandong Taishan Chinese Painting Academy， senior painter of the China Painting Academy， member of the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Jiusan Society， and member of the Jinan Painting and Calligraphy Academy of the Jiusan Society.

與徐雪峰相識是在他來北京求學深造之時。那時，他已是中國書法家協會會員，并多次獲得全國獎項，但他不滿足于現狀，以期通過求學來實現營造山水家園的理想。

徐雪峰有沉穩(wěn)深厚的書法根基，畫起畫來進入狀態(tài)極快，早年跟隨素有“張松柏”之稱的名家張寶珠先生學習山水畫，筆墨老到，氣韻生動，文氣十足，又跟隨著名書法家王金泉先生學習書法藝術，書法功底大進，而后又隨名家范揚先生等學習，山水畫得寬博大氣、巧思布局之勢。創(chuàng)作中，徐雪峰能將寫生的諸多元素添加在畫作中，使畫面更加豐富和諧，既有傳統(tǒng)的氣質，又有現代景象的布局經營，逐漸在繪畫道路上尋找到一些符號。

古人有言：“志以發(fā)言，言以出信，信以立志，參以定之。”徐雪峰就是一個意志堅定的人，他可以為了營造理想的山水家園放棄自己的企業(yè)，醉心于書畫藝術，如癡如醉，夜以繼日地寫生、創(chuàng)作。這種狀態(tài)，也算是他天命之年的守望，守望心中最美的丘壑。

列夫·托爾斯泰說，人生的價值，并不是用時間，而是用深度去衡量的。徐雪峰是一個有生活閱歷、有深度的人，數十年的企業(yè)經營早就歷練出了他獨有的人格魅力。他做事大氣慷慨，處事圓融，為人直爽、仗義，極具親和力。與他相處，總是有鄰家老大哥的感覺，不管你是什么性格的人，都會感覺很舒服。在朋友需要幫助時，他會毫不猶豫，不遺余力地去幫助。所以，他人緣極佳，朋友也多。

每每在一起，我們總會談繪畫，談藝術。而此刻，雪峰兄的藝術狀態(tài)剛剛好，盼著他早日營造好自己心中理想的山水家園，待到那時，我們一起坐看云起時。
