摘 要:以某電動車的動力電池系統(tǒng)為研究對象,基于Bernardi電池產(chǎn)熱模型計算電芯的產(chǎn)熱速率,利用MATLAB/Simulink和AMESim軟件聯(lián)合建立電池系統(tǒng)仿真模型,為了提高仿真精度,基于測試數(shù)據(jù)對模型進行校核,在標定好的模型的基礎上預測不同工況下電池的溫度變化、SOC變化和充放電所用時間,驗證動力電池包熱管理系統(tǒng)的效果及控制策略的合理性。

Thermal Management System of Power Pack Battery based on MATLAB-Simulink&AMESim Co-simulation

Abstract:Taking the power battery system of an electric vehicle as the research object, the heat production rate of the battery cell is calculated based on the Bernardi battery heat production model, and the battery system simulation model is jointly established by MATLAB/Simulink and AMESim software. To improve the simulation accuracy, based on the test data, the model is checked, and the temperature change, SOC change and charging and discharging time of the battery under different working conditions are predicted on the basis of the calibrated model to verify the effect of the thermal management system of the power battery pack and the rationality of the control strategy.
