摘? 要：在新課標的改革下，小學階段的數(shù)學學習不再局限在單一化地注重學生數(shù)學成績的提升，而是更加重視教師可以通過正確科學的教學手段幫助學生在該階段的學習中養(yǎng)成科學又正確的思維模式，從而幫助學生在學習成長的道路上養(yǎng)成正確科學的學習習慣。而教師自身也需要在日常教學的過程中通過不斷強化自身教學水平和質(zhì)量，不斷提升自己在數(shù)學學科上的綜合素養(yǎng)水平。這樣才能更好地在小學階段的教學過程中幫助學生在數(shù)學的課程學習里不斷取得進步與提升。本文則重點探討小學數(shù)學教師如何才能更好地在小學數(shù)學教學過程中提升自身的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)。

Ways to Improve the Professional Quality of Primary School Mathematics Teachers

【Abstract】Under the reform of the new curriculum standards，mathematics learning at the elementary school level is no longer limited to a single focus on the improvement of students' mathematics performance，but more attention is paid to teachers who can help students develop in this stage of learning through correct and scientific teaching methods. A scientific and correct thinking mode helps students develop correct and scientific study habits on the road of learning and growth. Teachers themselves also need to continuously enhance their own teaching level and quality in the daily teaching process to continuously improve their comprehensive literacy level in mathematics. In this way，we can better help students to make continuous progress and improvement in the course of mathematics in the teaching process of elementary school. This article focuses on how primary school mathematics teachers can better improve their professional quality in the process of primary school mathematics teaching.

作為在小學階段數(shù)學教學這門重點科目中的關(guān)鍵性人物，教師在日常的數(shù)學教學當中，不僅需要對學生進行日常的知識灌輸以及幫助學生自身的綜合素質(zhì)進行整體上的培養(yǎng)。同時，教師自身也需要在此過程當中，對于教師自身在教學過程中的學科素養(yǎng)以及專業(yè)素養(yǎng)不斷地進行深化鞏固以及教學上的不斷創(chuàng)新。在符合新時代教學發(fā)展趨勢的同時，不斷的完善自身教學模式以及數(shù)學學科上的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)，從而可以更好的在小學數(shù)學的教學過程中帶領學生一起進步。

1. 教師需要具備的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)

（1）教師需要具備的專業(yè)素質(zhì)

教師在教學當中需要具備的專業(yè)精神是作為一名合格的人民教師，需要具備的基本專業(yè)素養(yǎng)之一。同時，還需要兼顧教師在教學相關(guān)領域上的專業(yè)精神以及作為教師應該具備的職業(yè)精神，能幫助教師對自己教授的教學科目課程時刻保持著足夠的熱忱。這樣才能讓自己在教師這個崗位上走得更加的長遠。教師只有具備良好的專業(yè)精神才能更好的在教學當中的各個不同角度發(fā)現(xiàn)并進行全面的探索與研究，然后在此過程中不斷地深化自身作為教師的責任感與使命感。

具有良好的專業(yè)精神以及職業(yè)素養(yǎng)可以幫助教師在教學當中提升自身數(shù)學教學上相關(guān)的專業(yè)知識以及良好的數(shù)學專業(yè)能力。這樣，教師才可以更好的在日常教學當中提升自己的教學能力，增加相關(guān)數(shù)學教學中的專業(yè)知識。同時，在日常的數(shù)學教學當中，教師的專業(yè)知識應該隨著時間的發(fā)展不斷地與時俱進，進行不斷地深化與提升。以便教師在數(shù)學教學的課堂上可以更好的將學生需要掌握的基本學科知識以及相關(guān)的規(guī)定課程內(nèi)容進行有效的深化結(jié)合與吸收。教師在教學當中需要牢牢掌握的專業(yè)知識以及相關(guān)的專業(yè)技能，作為教師在教學中素養(yǎng)提升的一種現(xiàn)有方式，只有教師在日常自身的學習當中將二者不斷地進行強化和再提升，才能更好的幫助自己在當代教育教學改革的大環(huán)境中做到與時俱進，踏浪前行。讓自己在教學當中的專業(yè)素養(yǎng)可以得到正確的、科學性的提升，從而在小學數(shù)學的教學過程當中更好的幫助學生掌握并理解數(shù)學學習當中的奧秘。
