摘 要:近年國內(nèi)非洲豬瘟及新冠肺炎等公共衛(wèi)生安全事件的爆發(fā)及流行,引起了各地政府對于垃圾集中處理及轉(zhuǎn)運的污水零泄漏的重視。而豎式垃圾壓縮站是目前市面上能比較好實現(xiàn)零泄漏的產(chǎn)品。該設備的移動壓頭行駛震動主要是由鋼輪偏心及鋼軌面不平引起的,因此通過嚴格控制壓頭總成行駛的啟動及制動過程的加速度,可避免驅(qū)動輪與鋼軌打滑,從而保證在長期使用過程中鋼輪不會偏磨及鋼軌在啟動及停止多的部位不會被磨出凹坑導致壓頭在行駛過程中出現(xiàn)震動。

Design Method of Vertical Station to Avoid Driving Vibration of Moving Indenter

Abstract:In recent years, the outbreak and prevalence of public health safety incidents such as African swine fever and new crown pneumonia in China have aroused the attention of local governments to zero leakage of sewage from centralized garbage disposal and transportation. The vertical garbage compression station is currently a product on the market that can achieve zero leakage. The driving vibration of the moving indenter of the equipment is mainly caused by the eccentricity of the steel wheel and the uneven surface of the rail. Therefore, by strictly controlling the acceleration of the indenter assembly during the start and braking process, the driving wheel and the rail can be prevented from slipping, thereby ensuring the long-term use, the steel wheels will not wear off and the rails will not be ground out of pits at the parts where the start and stop are frequent, causing the indenter to vibrate during driving.
