摘 要:本文通過對(duì)國外知名掛車車軸公司ADR的產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析研究,提出一種計(jì)算掛車車軸載荷分析方法,并提出一種掛車車軸載荷計(jì)算模型和公式,通過此方法和公式可以得到不同車軸規(guī)格以及車速條件下較準(zhǔn)確的車軸載荷安全系數(shù),同時(shí)本文還提供了一系列不同規(guī)格軸管在40km/h車速下的載荷安全系數(shù)。通過本文的研究分析可以為今后掛車車軸設(shè)計(jì)提供支持,幫助提升設(shè)計(jì)能力。

Analysis of Trailer Axle Load

Abstract:This article, through to the foreign well-known trailer axle company ADR product data analysis, puts forward a method of calculating trailer axle load analysis and a kind of trailer axle load calculation model and formulas. And by this method, the formula can be obtained under the condition of different specifications and axle speed accurately safety coefficient of axle load. At the same time, this paper also provides a series of different specifications of shaft tube load safety factors at the speed of 40km/h. The research and analysis of this paper can provide support for the design of trailer axles in the future and help improve the design ability.
