燃料電池空氣供應系統(tǒng)選型與仿真

摘 要:燃料電池汽車是一種零排放的新能源汽車,近幾年各大主機廠都開始燃料電池汽車的基礎(chǔ)研發(fā)工作。本文對一款燃料電池電堆(80kw)的空氣供應系統(tǒng)進行了零部件的選型與仿真。電堆最大電流500A,匹配得到控制流量107g/s,空壓機壓比2.47,加濕器效率26.1%,中冷器冷卻功率8.45kw,背壓閥選取直徑20的蝶閥。并根據(jù)零部件供應商提供的零部件性能數(shù)據(jù),對空氣供應系統(tǒng)進行仿真分析。對最大電流工況以及NEDC工況進行仿真。結(jié)果表明燃料電池空氣供應系統(tǒng)按照本文的計算方法可以滿足選型的要求。

Selection and Simulation of fuel cell air supply system

Abstract:Fuel cell vehicle (FCV) is a kind of new energy vehicle with zero emission. In recent years, major engine plants have started the basic research and development of FCV. In this paper, a fuel cell stack (80kW) air supply system parts are selected and simulated. The maximum current of the stack is 500A, the control flow is 107g / s, the pressure ratio of the air compressor is 2.47, the efficiency of the humidifier is 26.1%, and the cooling power of the intercooler is 8.45kw, and the butterfly valve with diameter of 20 is selected as the back pressure valve. According to the performance data of parts provided by parts suppliers, the air supply system is simulated and analyzed. The maximum current condition and NEDC condition are simulated. The results show that the fuel cell air supply system can meet the requirements of type selection according to the calculation method in this paper.
