我們與Bouygues Construction/Linkcity和當?shù)亟ㄖ烱eurK組成聯(lián)合體，打擊敗其他七個設計隊伍，贏得了法國里爾新的歐洲藥品管理局（EMA）總部國際設計競賽。

目前歐洲藥品管理局總部在倫敦。里爾市正在與其他歐洲城市競爭，希望成為新總部的東道主。我們贏得了設計比賽，這30,000平方米的建筑，將成為法國官方提出的候選資格提案。我們的愿景是為里爾創(chuàng)建一個里程碑，為大約890名代理商和3,700名EMA工作專家創(chuàng)建一個最先進的總部，為其量身定制合適的工作流程。該建筑被命名為‘The Biotope (生物群落)，設計為自然生活空間，非常適合滿足用戶的多樣化需求，并開放環(huán)境予周圍-源于希臘人對“生活場所”的表達。該建筑物將位于大皇宮和里爾地區(qū)總部之間，它將包括一個300個座位、專門用于會議的禮堂，多個會議室，工作空間和休閑區(qū)，全景餐廳等。建筑的波紋是由玻璃，光和植物組成。

An office building designed as a nature-filled living space in Lille

Henning Larsen has designed an officebuilding for the center of Lille,France with a vision to create a landmark and a state-of-the-art building for civic and commercialuse.

Henning Larsen has designed the Biotope to be open to the surrounding environment and perfectly suited to meet the diverse needs of its users.The building name,‘Biotope’ stems from the Greek expression "place of life." The Biotope is a large civic institution with a staff of over 3,000 civil servantsworking on a wide range of services for the citizens of Lille.Holistically,the Biotope is an ensemble that gathers together a community of workers,plants,and wild life.Its success is directly linked to the cohabitation of these entities.The 30,000 m2building is located between the Grand Palais and the Regional Headquarters in Lille.It features a 300-seat auditorium dedicated to conferences,multiple meeting rooms,work and relaxation areas,two glass bridges,a panoramic cafeteria,and over 5,000 m2of lushly planted terraces.The building's exterior is home to a forest on the roof,vegetationrich balconies along the fa?ade,and green elements in the atrium and plaza.The rooftop forest will develop as a self-sustaining ecosystem of plants,birds and insects.
