深圳大學麗湖校區(qū)生命科學學院實驗樓位于深圳大學麗湖校區(qū)前部東沿,東與南科大隔路相望,南為校前區(qū)綠地及大沙河,西緊鄰深圳大學醫(yī)學生物部大樓,北邊為校區(qū)中心9.8公頃的保護山體。學院2002年組建,學科設置齊全,現(xiàn)有生物技術、生物科學、生物科學(師范)、海洋科學、生物工程5個本科專業(yè),其中生物技術是廣東省名牌專業(yè)和廣東省特色專業(yè),生物科學是廣東省特色專業(yè)。實驗樓項目是學院教學與研究的主體,其設計經多方交流、研究、調研,以及多輪調整后確定,具有以下意向及特點:
·場地對策:場地形狀在校區(qū)中是最為規(guī)整的,呈南北長東西短的長方形。場地東北角為通往校區(qū)2期的東部通道,與場地西南校前區(qū)通道形成對角關系,建筑總體布局依此也成正長方體,根據(jù)校區(qū)動線在西南和東北設置主入口,形成對角貫通的內院圍合,既保持內部空間的相對私密,又能兼顧校區(qū)學習空間的共享;
·設計意向:回應生命科學的復雜性,通過內與外、下與上的不同語匯,意圖營造一個由繁至簡、由“緊”至“松”的空間兩極氛圍,隱喻科學與自然的交織。外部以密集的交錯的遮陽構建復雜的立面形象,內部則以相對單純的幕墻圍合庭院;在內院下部正交體系中嵌入弧形的墻體,增加內院的趣味的同時更好地提供師生交流和流通的空間,上部恢復方形圍合形成對比;
·學習空間:空間的塑造著重于在常規(guī)學習空間與非正式學習空間中求得某種轉換和平衡。實驗教學空間嚴格按實驗流程設置,遵循常規(guī)的教學研究規(guī)律;室外與半室外的交流空間則提供盡量多的非正式學習空間,通過凹進、橋接與空置等創(chuàng)設會面、停留、休閑的空間。
The Laboratory Building of College of Life Science &Oceanographylocate the east site of front zone of Lihu campus ,Shenzhen University,where Southern University of Science and Technology could be seen in the east across a city road ,facing Dasha river in the south,Health Science Center closed in the west,and in the north standing a reserving natural hill.The college was founded in the 2002 with full-disciplines including biotechnology,bioscience,marine science and bioengineering.The design of Laboratory Building,a fruit cultivated through multipartite interchanging,researching and investigating,characterized the flowing of intention and elements.
·Site countermeasures.The building layout align the site-shape,a rectangle oriented eastwest.According to the fixed line across the site and linking the tow prat of campus,the tow main entrances have been put on the north-east corner and south-west one separately,which gave the yard a kind of special quality composed privacy of the college and sharing of the whole campus.
·Design intention.Intend to create a interweave of tow poles,the nature and the science,through applied the different vocabulary to the facade and the elevation of interior yard,and to the upper-part and below-part of the building.With dense solar-shading formed a complex facade,and more simple glass-curtain on inside relatively.In the below part of yard a sequential curve walls making a kind of dynamic rhythm.,contrasting a relative silence in the upper part.
·Study space.In order to balancing between formal and informal study space,the former’s moulding follows the process of teaching and experiments strictly.Oppositely,the informal spaces have been shaped with some kind of interesting sense by the measures such as“concave”,“bridge linking” and “vacancy”,etc.
