設(shè)計教學(xué)樓位于深圳大學(xué)南校區(qū)東側(cè)，由二幢沿外圍布置的十層塔樓及向內(nèi)的三層高裙房組成。塔樓分別為深大傳媒學(xué)院（西）及設(shè)計藝術(shù)學(xué)院（東）的學(xué)院建筑，裙房中包含有藝術(shù)展廳、繪畫教室、多功能報告廳、演播廳等內(nèi)容。南校區(qū)二層步行連廊在南側(cè)貫通，融入到建筑整體形態(tài)之中。

設(shè)計注重空間滲透與交互，建筑低層的架空空間、半開敞平臺使校園開放空間與建筑內(nèi)院互通，形成多層次的公共空間系統(tǒng)，另一方面建筑塔樓設(shè)計了多處“洞口”式的公共敞廳，建立多樣的內(nèi)、外的“空間對話”關(guān)系。

塔樓的內(nèi)廊與空中花園平臺相結(jié)合，直通樓梯將各公共平臺、敞廳串聯(lián)，形成連貫互通的垂直空間系統(tǒng)。

“厚墻”立面系統(tǒng)將室外空調(diào)機、窗洞、地柜、壁龕等元素整合成有實用性及深度感、韻律感的整體立面語言。

設(shè)計體現(xiàn)了“空間漫步”的想法，人們在多樣態(tài)的內(nèi)、外空間游走中獲得豐富的時間-空間體驗；通過變化的“景框”、純凈的光影營造靜謐而富有藝術(shù)精神的空間氛圍。

The Building was designed as a key definer of the campus open space system.The two“L”shaped ten-story blocks are the faculty buildings for the SZU Design College (the northern block) and the SZU Media College (the Southern block).They contain various teaching and working spaces,offices,libraries for each college.The three-story block houses a 300-seats auditorium and a tele studio,two art exhibition halls and several art studios.

A public elevated walkway system runs through the entire eastern facade,connecting the building to the North Campus and the dormitory areas of the South Campus.

“Spatial porosity” is a main concept of the design.Spaces permeate through the openings,between the inner courtyard and the campus open spaces,between the building’s inner public spaces and the exterior scenery.To create continuous vertical spatial systems,there are continuous stair-space systems linking the various public spaces of different floors.Walking in and out,through the spaces of different features,time and space can be sensed more tangibly.

The pure frames with pure natural light create a tranquil and spiritual atmosphere.

The design developed a “thick wall” system that provides chambers to place the air conditioners on the exterior facades and niches on the interior walls,creating a deep fa?ade language.
