摘 要:電驅(qū)動(dòng)振動(dòng)臺(tái)架有高速、重載的特點(diǎn),疲勞強(qiáng)度評(píng)估是機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)中的重要一環(huán)。傳統(tǒng)的疲勞強(qiáng)度評(píng)估,多基于靜態(tài)安全系數(shù)法。本文針對(duì)某高速電機(jī)振動(dòng)臺(tái)架,發(fā)展了一種基于非線性有限元技術(shù)的動(dòng)態(tài)仿真和疲勞強(qiáng)度評(píng)估的方法,并優(yōu)化了相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù),取得了良好效果,對(duì)其他類似測(cè)試臺(tái)架的設(shè)計(jì)也有一定的借鑒意義。

Fatigue Design Method and Application of Electric Drive Vibration Fixture

Abstract:Electric drive vibration fixture is working under high speed and heavy gravity. Fatigue strength assessment is an important part of mechanical design, which is usually based on the traditional static safety factor method. This article demonstrates an example of dynamic simulation and fatigue strength assessment methods based on nonlinear finite element analysis for a high-speed motor vibration fixture, then optimizes relevant design parameters, and achieves good results. It can be used as reference for the design of other similar test bench.
