由于疫情原因，被推遲8個(gè)多月舉辦的中國國際紡織機(jī)械展覽會(huì)暨ITMA亞洲展覽會(huì)（ITMA ASIA + CITME 2020）6月12日就要開展了。這是自2019ITMA巴塞羅那展覽會(huì)以來，全球范圍內(nèi)的第一個(gè)紡機(jī)類專業(yè)展覽會(huì)。

2019年巴塞羅那ITMA紡機(jī)展結(jié)束后，由于受疫情影響，全球紡機(jī)展覽會(huì)一直處于中斷中。經(jīng)過兩年的真空期，行業(yè)、企業(yè)急需將新技術(shù)、新裝備、各類解決方案等成果呈現(xiàn)出來，并獲取市場(chǎng)反饋。同時(shí)，由于疫情沖擊，出現(xiàn)的巨大市場(chǎng)空隙、亟待填補(bǔ)的新生需求以及積壓已久的商貿(mào)訴求也正在等待機(jī)會(huì)集中釋放。

這屆承載了展商與觀眾太多期盼和寄托的展會(huì)，目前各方面工作進(jìn)展如何？將有哪些亮點(diǎn)？為此，本刊記者采訪了中國國際貿(mào)易促進(jìn)委員會(huì)紡織行業(yè)分會(huì)常務(wù)副會(huì)長、北京泰格斯特國際展覽展示有限公司總經(jīng)理梁鵬程。

1200余家展商同臺(tái)競(jìng)技 全球首發(fā)備受期待

《中國紡織》：本屆展會(huì)的參展企業(yè)規(guī)模如何？場(chǎng)館啟用情況如何？

梁鵬程：作為一直堅(jiān)持引導(dǎo)技術(shù)潮流和創(chuàng)新，推廣最前沿智能制造新產(chǎn)品與新應(yīng)用的國際展覽平臺(tái)，中國國際紡織機(jī)械展覽會(huì)暨ITMA亞洲展覽會(huì)素來受到全球業(yè)界人士關(guān)注。

本次聯(lián)合展作為2019 ITMA巴塞羅那展覽會(huì)以來，全球首發(fā)的紡機(jī)類專業(yè)展覽會(huì)更是備受業(yè)界期待。目前，仍有不少企業(yè)補(bǔ)位參展，大家都不希望錯(cuò)過此次難得的行業(yè)盛會(huì)和商貿(mào)機(jī)遇。

《中國紡織》：與往屆展會(huì)相比，本屆展會(huì)表現(xiàn)出了哪些特點(diǎn)？

梁鵬程：第一，這屆展會(huì)是2019年以后的第一個(gè)紡機(jī)綜合展會(huì)，這兩年的真空期，整個(gè)行業(yè)無論是裝備、技術(shù)，還是解決方案都得到了一定的積累，參展企業(yè)很急于把這些呈獻(xiàn)給行業(yè)。

第二，新業(yè)態(tài)、新應(yīng)用推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)步。新冠肺炎疫情讓行業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境產(chǎn)生了新的變化，產(chǎn)業(yè)深度轉(zhuǎn)型，新技術(shù)不斷涌現(xiàn)，5G+人工智能、大數(shù)據(jù)和云計(jì)算等技術(shù)的結(jié)合共同構(gòu)成了科技發(fā)展新的階段和應(yīng)用場(chǎng)景。同時(shí)紡織工業(yè)高質(zhì)量發(fā)展和產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)要求不斷提升管理水平和快速應(yīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)變化，企業(yè)對(duì)智能裝備提出了新的要求。

第三，本屆展會(huì)將繼續(xù)開設(shè)“研究與創(chuàng)新專區(qū)”，東華大學(xué)、青島大學(xué)、武漢紡織大學(xué)、西安工程大學(xué)、天津工業(yè)大學(xué)、浙江理工大學(xué)等院校已經(jīng)確定參加，屆時(shí)展示的眾多新技術(shù)成果，將會(huì)在更大程度上提升裝備、工藝技術(shù)的創(chuàng)新服務(wù)能力，推動(dòng)產(chǎn)學(xué)研之間的科技成果轉(zhuǎn)化、交流合作與跨界融合。

第四，多款新技術(shù)新應(yīng)用升級(jí)，展示最新技術(shù)進(jìn)步。備受業(yè)界關(guān)注的2019巴塞羅那ITMA展會(huì)上亮相的一些新產(chǎn)品將通過2020紡機(jī)聯(lián)合展向業(yè)界展示最新的應(yīng)用動(dòng)態(tài)和技術(shù)進(jìn)步。

融入“雙循環(huán)”戰(zhàn)略把握四大發(fā)展方向

《中國紡織》：今年是“十四五”開局之年，但全球貿(mào)易環(huán)境依然復(fù)雜，您認(rèn)為未來五年我國紡織行業(yè)將迎來哪些發(fā)展機(jī)遇？未來發(fā)展趨勢(shì)是什么？

梁鵬程：第一，自主創(chuàng)新。地緣政治環(huán)境風(fēng)云突變，關(guān)鍵技術(shù)上的國際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈，只有自立自強(qiáng)的科技創(chuàng)新才能贏得主動(dòng)、贏得未來。目前很多關(guān)鍵部件、裝置、環(huán)節(jié)仍然依賴進(jìn)口，產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和生產(chǎn)工藝仍有很大的提升空間。這就要求我們，一是要扎扎實(shí)實(shí)攻克技術(shù)難題，補(bǔ)短板；二是加快產(chǎn)學(xué)研深度融合，讓科技成果同市場(chǎng)需求相結(jié)合，營造自主創(chuàng)新生態(tài)；三是協(xié)會(huì)要從行業(yè)角度考慮，提升創(chuàng)新戰(zhàn)略部署，做好產(chǎn)業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新的長遠(yuǎn)規(guī)劃。

第二，發(fā)展新型制造業(yè)。從近兩屆的紡機(jī)聯(lián)合展上，可以看到，各類新技術(shù)新應(yīng)用層出不窮，在推進(jìn)紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)，結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整方面發(fā)揮了十分積極的作用。

第三，強(qiáng)調(diào)內(nèi)需和內(nèi)循環(huán)。以內(nèi)需為主體的雙循環(huán)是目前大環(huán)境下的發(fā)展方向，也是經(jīng)濟(jì)尋求增量極的主要方向。

第四，加速發(fā)展低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)。2035年遠(yuǎn)景目標(biāo)中提出“廣泛形成綠色生產(chǎn)生活方式，碳排放達(dá)峰后穩(wěn)中有降”為行業(yè)發(fā)展提出了更高的要求。產(chǎn)業(yè)的綠色轉(zhuǎn)型成為了“剛需”，我們要大力推進(jìn)節(jié)能降耗加工技術(shù)和設(shè)備的開發(fā)與應(yīng)用，并加快紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)各環(huán)節(jié)中零排放可行性研究和實(shí)施。

我們相信，在多方的努力下，在所有人的期盼與支持下，6月12日2020紡機(jī)聯(lián)合展于啟幕時(shí)，將為整個(gè)紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈上下游的用戶搭建高效的交流、對(duì)接平臺(tái)。供需雙方在感受市場(chǎng)熱情的同時(shí)，將找到發(fā)展前行的核心密鑰。

Build efficient communication and matching platform to find the core key for development

Due to the outbreak， ITMA ASIA + CITME 2020， which has been postponed for more than 8 months， will start on June 12. This is the first professional exhibition of textile machinery in the world since the ITMA Barcelona 2019.

After the end of the ITMA Barcelona 2019， the global textile machinery exhibition has been suspended due to the outbreak. In the past two years， the industry and enterprises are in urgent need of presenting new technologies， new equipment， solutions and other achievements， and obtaining market feedback. Meanwhile， due to the impact of the pandemic， the new market demand and the long backlog of business appeals are also waiting for the opportunity to be released.

This exhibition has borne too much expectation and trust from exhibitors and visitors. How is the current progress in all aspects？ What will be the highlights？ For this， the reporter interviewed Liang Pengcheng， executive vice president of the Sub-Council of Textile Industry， CCPIT and general manager of Beijing Textile Machinery International Exhibition Co.， Ltd.

China Textile： What is the scale of the exhibitors in this exhibition？ How is the venue opening？

Liang Pengcheng： As an international exhibition platform that always guides the technological trend and innovation， and promotes the cutting-edge new products and applications of intelligent manufacturing， ITMA ASIA + CITME has always attracted the attention of global industry professionals.

Since ITMA Barcelona 2019， this combined exhibition is the first professional exhibition of textile machinery in the world， which is much anticipated by the industry. At present， there are still many enterprises to fill the seats of the exhibition， they do not want to miss this rare industry event and business opportunities.

China Textile： Compared with previous exhibitions， what are the characteristics of this exhibition？

Liang Pengcheng： First， this exhibition is the first hybrid exhibition of textile machinery after 2019. In the past two years， exhibitors have accumulated a certain amount of equipment， technology and solutions， and are eager to present them to the industry.

Second， new business formats and new applications promote industrial progress. The COVID-19 pandemic has brought new changes to the development environment of the industry. The industry is undergoing deep transformation and new technologies are constantly emerging. The combination of 5G+ artificial intelligence， big data， cloud computing and other technologies constitute a new stage of technological development and application scenarios. Meanwhile， the high-quality development and industrial upgrading of the textile industry require continuous improvement of management level and rapid response to market changes， and enterprises have put forward new requirements for intelligent equipment.

Third， the exhibition will continue to open “research and innovation zone”， Donghua University， Qingdao University， Wuhan Textile University， Xian Polytechnic University， Tiangong University， Zhejiang Sci-Tech University and other institutions have been confirmed to attend. The numerous new technological achievements to be displayed will enhance the innovative service capacity of equipment and process technology to a greater extent， and promote the transformation， exchange and cooperation of scientific and technological achievements and crossover integration between industries， universities and research institutes.

Fourth， a number of new technologies and applications will be upgraded to show the latest technological progress. Some of the new products unveiled at the closely watched ITMA Barcelona 2019 will showcase the latest application trends and technological advances through ITMA ASIA + CITME 2020.

Integration into the dual circulation strategy to grasp the four major development directions

China Textile： This year is the beginning of the 14th Five-Year Plan， but the global trade environment is still complex. What development opportunities do you think Chinas textile industry will embrace in the next five years？ What are the future trends？

Liang Pengcheng： First， independent innovation. The geopolitical environment is changing rapidly and the international competition in key technologies is becoming increasingly fierce. Only independent innovation can win the future. At present， many key components and devices are still dependent on imports， and there is still much room for improvement in product quality and production process. This requires that， first， we must work hard to overcome technical difficulties； second， we need to accelerate the in-depth integration of industries， universities and research institutes， integrate scientific and technological achievements with market demand， and create an ecosystem of independent innovation； third， the association should consider from the perspective of the industry， improve the strategic deployment of innovation， and do a good job in the longterm planning of industrial independent innovation.

Second， we need to develop new types of manufacturing. From the recent two combined exhibition of textile machinery， we can see that all kinds of new technologies and applications are emerging in an endless stream， which have played a very positive role in promoting the upgrading and structural adjustment of the textile industry.

Third， we should emphasize domestic demand and internal circulation. The dual circulation with domestic demand as the main body is the development direction under the current environment， and is also the main direction of economic growth.

Fourth， we need to accelerate the development of a lowcarbon economy. In the vision goal of 2035， it is proposed that “green production and life style will be widely formed， and carbon emissions will be stable while falling after reaching the peak”， which puts forward higher requirements for the industry development. The green transformation of the industry has become “rigid demand”. We should vigorously promote the development and application of energy-saving and consumption-reducing processing technologies and equipment， and accelerate the feasibility study and implementation of zero emission in all links of the textile industry.

We believe that with the efforts of all parties， the expectation and support of all people， when the ITMA ASIA + CITME 2020 opens on June 12， it will build an efficient communication and matching platform for users from the upstream and downstream of the textile industry chain. While feeling the enthusiasm of the market， both the supply and demand sides will find the key for development forward.
