文萊正式啟動(dòng)全國(guó)新冠疫苗接種

文萊政府4月3日正式啟動(dòng)全國(guó)新冠疫苗接種工作，為18周歲以上的本國(guó)國(guó)民和外國(guó)居民免費(fèi)提供疫苗接種服務(wù)。文萊衛(wèi)生部統(tǒng)計(jì)顯示，當(dāng)天全國(guó)共有754人接種了第一劑新冠疫苗，包括衛(wèi)生部長(zhǎng)穆罕默德·伊沙姆等官員。此前，文萊蘇丹哈桑納爾·博爾基亞已于4月1日率先接種第一劑新冠疫苗。文萊今年2月曾宣布接收中國(guó)捐贈(zèng)的一批國(guó)藥集團(tuán)新冠疫苗。文萊衛(wèi)生部數(shù)據(jù)顯示，截至4月3日，該國(guó)累計(jì)報(bào)告新冠確診病例214例，累計(jì)治愈197例。

普吉島將向已接種疫苗游客開(kāi)放

據(jù)媒體3月30日?qǐng)?bào)道，泰國(guó)最受歡迎的度假地普吉島將于7月1日面向已接種新冠疫苗的游客重新開(kāi)放，這是泰國(guó)分步驟重新開(kāi)放國(guó)境的計(jì)劃之一。泰國(guó)旅行社協(xié)會(huì)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)黃漢忠表示，今年下半年，來(lái)泰國(guó)的度假游客可能會(huì)創(chuàng)造約1050億泰銖（約合221億元人民幣）的收入。泰國(guó)方面預(yù)計(jì)， 2021年將有200萬(wàn)名外國(guó)游客來(lái)普吉島旅游，其中主要是中國(guó)人和歐洲人。

印尼莫拉比火山再次噴發(fā)

3月30日7時(shí)6分，據(jù)印度尼西亞氣象、氣候和地球物理局消息，印度尼西亞莫拉比火山再次噴發(fā)，噴出的火山灰高達(dá)1500米，持續(xù)時(shí)間達(dá)135秒。據(jù)印尼氣象、氣候和地球物理局消息，印尼莫拉比火山近來(lái)處于動(dòng)蕩之中，火山不斷噴發(fā)熔巖。 根據(jù)印尼地質(zhì)災(zāi)害技術(shù)研究與發(fā)展中心的報(bào)告，莫拉比火山在2月18日晚上，從18時(shí)至24時(shí)噴發(fā)了10次熔巖。19日0時(shí)到6時(shí)，共噴發(fā)了15次熔巖。熔巖流直接流向西南方向，最大距離為1200米。

印尼巴淡島于4月對(duì)國(guó)際游客開(kāi)放

據(jù)媒體3月21日?qǐng)?bào)道，印尼旅游和創(chuàng)意經(jīng)濟(jì)部長(zhǎng)桑迪亞加表示，由于新冠感染率已經(jīng)下降并趨于穩(wěn)定，其最靠近新加坡的省——包括巴淡島和民丹島在內(nèi)的廖島是最先準(zhǔn)備重新向鄰國(guó)游客開(kāi)放的地區(qū)。桑迪亞加表示，計(jì)劃于4月21日開(kāi)始重新開(kāi)放巴淡島的海景度假村和巴淡島的Bandar Bintan Telani碼頭。這一開(kāi)放時(shí)間要早于主要旅游景點(diǎn)巴厘島，巴厘島預(yù)計(jì)將在6月或7月才重新向國(guó)際游客開(kāi)放。

新加坡舉辦蔬菜種植大賽

3月20日，新加坡公園局為市民分發(fā)3000份免費(fèi)蔬菜種子，包括花椰菜、蘿卜、南瓜等品種。該局宣布將展開(kāi)社區(qū)花園蔬果種植比賽，拿到免費(fèi)種子后，大家如果種植的蔬菜體型大、果實(shí)多，皆可以參賽。活動(dòng)評(píng)比時(shí)間將定在今年的10月份，冠軍將獲得400新元的獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)，并且獲得獎(jiǎng)杯。該活動(dòng)是為配合新加坡食品局的 “30·30愿景” 進(jìn)行，即到2030年確保新加坡本地出產(chǎn)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品能夠滿足本國(guó)30%的需求，以保障國(guó)家的食品安全。

越南擬4月份試行疫苗護(hù)照計(jì)劃

據(jù)越南媒體3月19日?qǐng)?bào)道，越南新冠病毒國(guó)家疫情防控指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)常委在確保安全第一的原則下，就實(shí)施疫苗護(hù)照計(jì)劃而準(zhǔn)備的技術(shù)與政策方案與業(yè)者進(jìn)行討論。越南衛(wèi)生部長(zhǎng)阮清龍表示，從衛(wèi)生部門(mén)的角度來(lái)看，疫苗護(hù)照基本上是一種證明，用以確認(rèn)民眾已經(jīng)接種2劑疫苗，依照傳染病防控法和國(guó)際衛(wèi)生檢疫條例核發(fā)，允許疫苗護(hù)照持有者不用隔離檢疫與篩檢，但部分國(guó)家仍然要篩檢。

新加坡興起“身體自愛(ài)運(yùn)動(dòng)”

緬甸調(diào)整內(nèi)比都宵禁時(shí)間

3月26日，緬甸國(guó)家管理委員會(huì)發(fā)布通告，對(duì)內(nèi)比都的宵禁時(shí)間進(jìn)行調(diào)整。通告稱，由于目前內(nèi)比都的局勢(shì)有所緩解，趨于穩(wěn)定，自3月26日起，宵禁令時(shí)間改為晚10時(shí)至次日凌晨4時(shí)。目前，緬甸其他城市宵禁時(shí)間保持不變。同時(shí)，仰光的6個(gè)鎮(zhèn)區(qū)及曼德勒的5個(gè)鎮(zhèn)區(qū)，仍在繼續(xù)實(shí)施軍事管制。

菲律賓暫禁外國(guó)人等入境

泰國(guó)民航局近日表示，該局已向泰國(guó)新冠疫情防控中心提出申請(qǐng)，優(yōu)先為民航業(yè)2萬(wàn)名員工接種新冠病毒疫苗。預(yù)計(jì)7月之前完成接種，同時(shí)為全面恢復(fù)接待外國(guó)游客做好準(zhǔn)備。該局稱，此次共申請(qǐng)了4萬(wàn)劑新冠疫苗，接種對(duì)象包括該局以及泰國(guó)民航各公司的飛行員、機(jī)組人員、地勤人員等。疫苗接種將給員工和旅行者雙方帶來(lái)信任感。
