With the introduction of the national strategy for the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle， Chongqing has ushered in new development opportunities. Since 2020， many ambassadors to China have visited Chongqing successfully one after another. 古巴駐華大使卡洛斯·佩雷拉：重慶與古巴還有許多領(lǐng)域可以展開合作

2020年是中古建交60周年，古巴和中國(guó)有著60年的相互信任和堅(jiān)定友誼。我曾3次到訪重慶，留下深刻印象。如今再次訪渝非常親切，所到之處都能感受到這座城市煥發(fā)的生機(jī)與活力，其變化不僅體現(xiàn)在城市面貌上，更體現(xiàn)在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展等更深層面，這樣的成果很不簡(jiǎn)單。

中國(guó)是古巴的第二大貿(mào)易伙伴，重慶生產(chǎn)的摩托車在古巴很受歡迎。此次訪渝，讓我進(jìn)一步明確古巴與重慶在經(jīng)貿(mào)、醫(yī)療、教育、文化和旅游等多個(gè)領(lǐng)域可以開展深入合作，雙方存在很大的互補(bǔ)性。古巴是拉美國(guó)家中首個(gè)把旅游作為發(fā)展重點(diǎn)的國(guó)家之一，愿與重慶進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)旅游合作，搭建更多合作平臺(tái)。

The year 2020 marks the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Cuba and China， both countries have seen 60 years of mutual trust and solid friendship. I've visited Chongqing three times and was deeply impressed. Now as I come to Chongqing again， I feel very close to this city. Everywhere I go， I can feel the vibe of vitality and dynamism. Its changes are reflected not only in the city appearance， but also in a deeper level of economic development. Such results are indeed hard earned.

China is Cuba's second largest trading partner， and motorcycles produced in Chongqing are highly popular in Cuba. This visit to Chongqing allowed me to further confirm that Cuba and Chongqing could carry out in-depth cooperation in various fields such as economy and trade， healthcare， education， culture and tourism， for the two sides are highly complementary to each other. Cuba is one of the first Latin American countries to focus on tourism and is willing to further strengthen tourism cooperation with Chongqing and build more cooperation platforms.

匈牙利駐重慶第四任總領(lǐng)事羅瀾：希望成渝協(xié)同發(fā)展 不斷擴(kuò)大雙城國(guó)際影響力

重慶和成都是中國(guó)西南地區(qū)的核心城市，推動(dòng)成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)是兩個(gè)城市優(yōu)勢(shì)的疊加，在中國(guó)西部大開發(fā)的重要戰(zhàn)略決策下，這種強(qiáng)強(qiáng)聯(lián)合顯得尤為重要，將在國(guó)內(nèi)外產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)影響。建設(shè)成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈，還有利于中國(guó)“一帶一路”外交政策的實(shí)施，有利于亞洲和歐洲的互聯(lián)互通。

我非常樂(lè)見(jiàn)成渝兩地加強(qiáng)各領(lǐng)域的合作和聯(lián)系，隨著成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)，這些合作將更加有利于促進(jìn)中國(guó)及西南地區(qū)和歐洲之間的貿(mào)易往來(lái)。希望成渝地區(qū)借助雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)的契機(jī)，加強(qiáng)合作和對(duì)外交流，不斷擴(kuò)大國(guó)際影響力。

Chongqing and Chengdu are the core cities in Southwest China. Promoting the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle is the superposition of advantages of the two cities. Under the important strategic decision of China's western development， this strong combination appears to be particularly important with a profound impact at home and abroad. The construction of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle is also conducive to the implementation of Chinas “Belt and Road” foreign policy and the interconnectivity between Asia and Europe.

I am very delighted to see Chengdu and Chongqing strengthen their cooperation and ties in various fields. With the construction of the Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle， this cooperation will be more conducive to promoting trade exchanges between China， southwest regions， and Europe. It is hoped that the Chengdu-Chongqing region will use the opportunity of the construction of the economic circle to strengthen cooperation and foreign exchanges and continuously expand its international influence.

日本駐重慶總領(lǐng)事渡邊信之：成渝關(guān)系完美升級(jí) 相輔相成將發(fā)揮雙倍效力

從2011年至今，中國(guó)政府對(duì)成渝地區(qū)作出的每一次協(xié)同發(fā)展規(guī)劃，我都十分關(guān)注。重慶直轄以來(lái)，成都和重慶共同成為中國(guó)西南地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)發(fā)展的“領(lǐng)頭羊”，促進(jìn)了兩地交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化發(fā)展。

成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)的提出，讓地處同一地域中心的兩大城市協(xié)同發(fā)展，希望兩地相輔相成、發(fā)揮雙倍效力。該戰(zhàn)略是立足中國(guó)西南地區(qū)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，瞄準(zhǔn)今后的發(fā)展方向所制定的具有重要戰(zhàn)略意義的政策，將四川省與重慶市的合作關(guān)系實(shí)現(xiàn)了完美升級(jí)。戰(zhàn)略落地實(shí)施后，將帶動(dòng)成渝兩地相關(guān)領(lǐng)域迅速發(fā)展，兩地在中國(guó)的重要性也將愈發(fā)凸顯。期待兩地在各領(lǐng)域加深合作，同時(shí)擴(kuò)大與日本及其他國(guó)家的交流。

Since 2011， I have paid close attention to every coordinated development plan made by the Chinese government in Chengdu and Chongqing. Since Chongqing became a municipality directly under the Central Government， Chengdu and Chongqing have jointly become the "bellwethers" in the economic and social development of Southwest China， promoting the construction of the transportation network and the integrated development of industrial economy in the two places.

The proposal for the construction of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle has allowed the two cities located in the same geographical center to realize collaborative development. It is hoped that the two cities will complement each other with double outcomes. As a strategically important policy based on the development status quo of Southwest China and aimed at the future development direction， this strategy has achieved perfect upgrading of the cooperative relationship between Sichuan Province and Chongqing City. After the implementation of the strategy， it will drive the rapid development of relevant fields in Chengdu and Chongqing， and the importance of the two places in China will also become more prominent. It is expected that the two places will deepen cooperation in various fields and expand exchanges with Japan and other countries.

白俄羅斯駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館代理館長(zhǎng)葉·德米特里：全力支持白俄羅斯與重慶的各項(xiàng)合作

重慶與白俄羅斯合作基礎(chǔ)良好，合作前景廣闊。近年來(lái)，兩地人員互訪密切。2017年3月，重慶市與白俄羅斯明斯克州建立了友好城市關(guān)系;2018年11月，重慶萬(wàn)州區(qū)與明斯克州科佩爾區(qū)建立友好關(guān)系;2019年8月，重慶市渝北區(qū)與明斯克州明斯克區(qū)建立友好關(guān)系……

基于這些合作基礎(chǔ)，重慶與白俄羅斯有很多具體的合作項(xiàng)目，白俄羅斯駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館將全力為這些合作項(xiàng)目提供支持和服務(wù)。同時(shí)，尋找新的合作機(jī)遇，推動(dòng)雙方合作走深走實(shí)，實(shí)現(xiàn)互利共贏。

Chongqing and Belarus enjoy a sound foundation and broad prospects for cooperation. In recent years， people of Chongqing and Belarus have been visiting each other frequently. In March 2017， Chongqing established friendly city relations with Minsk Region of Belarus; in November 2018， Wanzhou District of Chongqing established friendly relations with Koppel District of Minsk Region; in August 2019， Yubei District of Chongqing forged friendly ties with Minsk District of Minsk Region......

Based on these cooperation foundations， Chongqing and Belarus have many specific cooperation programs. And the Belarusian Consulate in Chongqing will make every effort to provide support and services in all aspects for these programs. At the same time， we should seek new cooperation opportunities， promote deep and substantial cooperation between two sides， and achieve mutual benefit and win-win.

英國(guó)駐重慶總領(lǐng)事史云森：希望向英國(guó)講好中國(guó)西南的故事

我第一次來(lái)重慶是在10年前，如今再次來(lái)到這里工作，感覺(jué)變化巨大。如今的重慶極富動(dòng)感，美麗的夜景讓人難以忘懷。

我在任期內(nèi)，將積極促進(jìn)中英雙方在貿(mào)易、人文方面交流，加深政府拓展對(duì)話和互相了解。尤其是促進(jìn)更多英國(guó)企業(yè)與重慶等西南地區(qū)城市，在醫(yī)療、教育、新能源汽車等領(lǐng)域展開合作。我將向英國(guó)講好中國(guó)西南地區(qū)的故事，同時(shí)向中國(guó)西南地區(qū)人民講好英國(guó)的故事，加深雙方對(duì)彼此的了解。

成渝地區(qū)雙城經(jīng)濟(jì)圈建設(shè)已得到國(guó)內(nèi)外的廣泛關(guān)注。英國(guó)駐重慶總領(lǐng)事館將向英國(guó)政府和企業(yè)，及時(shí)分享、介紹相關(guān)的發(fā)展政策和潛力，以便找到更好的合作機(jī)遇。

I first came to Chongqing about 10 years ago. As I come back to work here now， I find tremendous changes. Nowadays， Chongqing is extremely dynamic with unforgettable breathtaking night views.

During my term of office， I will actively promote trade and cultural exchanges between China and UK， and deepen the government dialogue and mutual understanding. In particular， I will propel more British companies to cooperate with Chongqing and other southwestern cities in the fields of healthcare， education， and new energy vehicles. I will tell the story of Southwest China to the UK well and vice versa， so as to deepen the understanding of each other.

The construction of Chengdu-Chongqing economic circle has gained extensive attention at home and abroad. The British Consulate General in Chongqing is obliged to share and introduce relevant development policies and potentials to the British government and enterprises in time so as to identify better cooperation opportunities.
