在英國，多數(shù)人對環(huán)境保護(hù)都比較重視。因此，英國也成了一個(gè)環(huán)境優(yōu)美的宜居國家。

In the West， there is a very popular saying， “Earn in the United States and live in the United Kingdom.” Literally， it means that the United States has a developed economy and is a good place to make money. The United Kingdom has a beautiful environment and pleasant climate， which is a good place to enjoy life. Britain's beautiful environment benefits from the good protection of the environment and people's habits for environmental protection.

The UK is an island country with very limited land area and resources. However， the early industrial development allowed the British people to play an active role in environmental protection in all aspects of life.

In terms of hygiene， the British concept is also conducive to environmental protection. They have a clear classification of garbage. People will remain highly vigilant regarding chemical substances or products. Sanitation workers and ordinary citizens will sort the garbage and wait for the relevant departments to deal with it uniformly. But the British have a completely different attitude towards litter and guano. If it does not affect pedestrians， people will not use it as dirty， but will throw it on the grass and turn it into fertilizer. This will reduce the use of chemical fertilizers to a certain extent and protect the ecological environment.

The British environment will be so pleasant， and it is inseparable from the environmental awareness of the British people. The awareness of environmental protection is not a whim， it should penetrate into the blood of ordinary people.

在西方，有個(gè)很流行的說法：“掙在美國，住在英國?！睆淖置嬉馑忌蟻砜淳褪敲绹?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)達(dá)，是個(gè)掙錢的好地方。而英國環(huán)境優(yōu)美，氣候宜人，是個(gè)享受生活的好地方。英國的環(huán)境優(yōu)美，得益于當(dāng)?shù)貙τ诃h(huán)境的良好保護(hù)以及人們對于環(huán)境保護(hù)所養(yǎng)成的習(xí)慣。

英國是個(gè)島國，土地面積十分有限，資源也并不豐富。但早期的工業(yè)發(fā)展，讓英國民眾在生活的方方面面中，對環(huán)境保護(hù)起著積極的推動(dòng)作用。

在衛(wèi)生方面，英國人的觀念也有利于環(huán)保。他們對垃圾有明確的分類。對于化學(xué)物質(zhì)或產(chǎn)品，人們會保持高度警惕。環(huán)衛(wèi)工人和普通公民都會將垃圾分類，等待相關(guān)部門統(tǒng)一處理。但是英國人對于枯枝落葉和鳥糞的態(tài)度卻與對待其他垃圾截然不同。如果不影響行人行走，人們并不會以此為臟，反而會拋灑在草地上，讓其化作肥料。這樣從一定程度上減少了化肥的使用，保護(hù)生態(tài)環(huán)境。

英國環(huán)境如此怡人，離不開英國民眾的環(huán)保意識。而環(huán)保意識并不是一朝一夕的心血來潮，它應(yīng)當(dāng)滲透到普通民眾的血脈之中。
