[摘要] 目的 探討高血壓腦出血合并糖尿病行小骨窗微創(chuàng)術式的療效。方法 選擇該院于2019年1—10月期間收治的高血壓腦出血合并糖尿病患者62例,以隨機雙盲法進行分組,31例為對照組,31例為研究組;對照組患者接受開顱血腫清除術;研究組患者接受小骨窗微創(chuàng)術治療,對比分析兩組患者的臨床治療有效率以及手術情況。結果 研究組患者的臨床治療有效率為90.32%,高于對照組患者的64.52%,數(shù)據(jù)組間差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05);研究組患者的手術時間、出血量、空腹血糖以及住院時間均優(yōu)于對照組,即相應數(shù)據(jù)對比,組間差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 以小骨窗微創(chuàng)手術為高血壓腦出血合并糖尿病患者提供臨床治療,可以徹底清除患者血腫,不僅可以保證患者獲得較為可觀的臨床治療效果,同時也能促進患者預后發(fā)展,具有臨床推廣意義。

Explore the Effect of Minimally Invasive Operation of Small Bone Window for Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Combined with Diabetes

[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive operation of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage combined with diabetic small bone window. Methods 62 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage complicated with diabetes admitted in the hospital from January to October 2019 were selected and grouped by random double-blind method, of which 31 cases were the control group and 31 cases were the research group; The patients in the control group received craniotomy hematoma removal; the patients in the study group received minimally invasive small bone window treatment, and the clinical treatment efficiency and surgical conditions of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The clinical treatment effective rate of the patients in the study group was 90.32%, which was higher than 64.52% of the patients in the control group, and the difference between the data groups was statistically significant(P<0.05); the operation time, bleeding volume, and fasting blood glucose, and the hospitalization time of the study group patients were better than the control group, and the corresponding data comparison, the difference between the groups can be seen statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Small bone window minimally invasive surgery provides clinical treatment for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and diabetes, which can completely remove the patient's hematoma, not only can ensure that the patient obtains a considerable clinical treatment effect, but also can promote the prognosis of the patient, and has clinical significance.
