摘????? 要:采用半連續(xù)種子乳液聚合法,以新型非離子型乳化劑改性異構(gòu)十三醇醚(H﹣606)與陰離子型乳化劑十二烷基硫酸鈉(SDS)復(fù)配。在純丙乳液中研究了復(fù)配乳化劑的質(zhì)量分數(shù)及配比對乳液穩(wěn)定性的影響,在醋丙乳液中研究了在此種復(fù)配乳化劑體系下,pH緩沖劑的用量對乳液穩(wěn)定性的影響。結(jié)果表明,當乳化劑質(zhì)量分數(shù)為3%,m(H-606)∶m(SDS)=4∶1時,純丙乳液穩(wěn)定性較好。當乳化劑質(zhì)量分數(shù)為3%,m(H﹣606)∶m(SDS)=4∶1,NaHCO3用量為(0.2~0.4 g) /(80 g單體+80 g水)時,醋丙乳液穩(wěn)定性較好。

Application of Modified Isotridecyl Alcohol Polyoxyethylene Ether in Pure Acrylic Emulsion and Vinyl Acetate-Acrylate Emulsion

Abstract: A novel non-ionic emulsifier H-606(modified isotridecyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether) was compounded with an anionic emulsifier SDS (sodium dodecyl sulfate). The effect of the amount and ratio of compound emulsifiers on the stability of the emulsion was studied in pure acrylic emulsion. In vinyl acetate-acrylate emulsion with this compound emulsifiers system, the effect of pH buffer on the stability was studied. The result showed that, when the amount of emulsifiers was 3% , m(H-606)∶m(SDS)=4∶1, the stability of pure acrylic emulsion was good; When the amount of emulsifiers was 3%, m(H-606)∶m(SDS)=4∶1, and the amount of NaHCO3 was 0.2~0.4 g /(80 g monomer+80 g water), the stability of vinyl acetate-acrylate emulsion was good.

日前,隨著人們的環(huán)保及安全意識的提高,政府出臺了一系列關(guān)于限制民用涂料、粘合劑中VOC含量的方針政策。這使得水性涂料、粘合劑成為目前科研工作人員研究的熱點。其中丙烯酸酯乳液與醋酸乙烯酯乳液便是水性涂料、粘合劑中具有代表性的產(chǎn)品[1﹣3]。
丙烯酸酯乳液是由丙烯酸或其相應(yīng)的酯類作為主要反應(yīng)單體,以水為分散介質(zhì),通過乳液聚合的方式制備而成。丙烯酸酯樹脂良好的透光性、耐候性、耐腐蝕性、韌性及環(huán)境友好性使其被廣泛應(yīng)用于涂料粘合劑、功能膜、生物醫(yī)學(xué)等領(lǐng)域[4﹣8]。醋酸乙烯酯乳液一般由醋酸乙烯酯單體均聚或是與其他少量功能單體通過乳液聚合的方式共聚而成。醋酸乙烯酯乳液是目前用途最廣,用量最大的粘合劑品種之一。其具有優(yōu)良的粘接性能,且其價格低廉、生產(chǎn)方便,綠色環(huán)保。這使其具有良好的應(yīng)用價值及適應(yīng)性,并被廣泛應(yīng)用于包裝材料、建筑裝潢、織物粘接處理、書籍裝訂、木材加工等領(lǐng)域[9﹣13]。隨著國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展及新應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域的開拓,針對丙烯酸酯乳液及醋酸乙烯酯乳液的改性研究及市場需求必將進一步擴大[14]。
