呼吸內(nèi)科護(hù)理帶教應(yīng)用臨床教學(xué)法的效果和教學(xué)質(zhì)量分析

[摘要] 目的 探究呼吸內(nèi)科護(hù)理教學(xué)活動中應(yīng)用臨床教學(xué)法的教學(xué)質(zhì)量以及應(yīng)用效果。方法 抽取2018年3月—2019年4月于該院呼吸內(nèi)科實習(xí)的護(hù)理學(xué)生68例作為研究對象,采取隨機(jī)法分組,分成觀察組、對照組兩組,每組34例。對照組學(xué)生采取常規(guī)教學(xué)法,觀察組學(xué)生采取臨床教學(xué)法,觀察護(hù)理帶教活動實施后患者的護(hù)理滿意度、護(hù)理不良事件發(fā)生情況、學(xué)生理論基礎(chǔ)成績、學(xué)生實際技能成績、學(xué)生的綜合能力評分。結(jié)果 觀察組學(xué)生理論基礎(chǔ)成績、實際技能成績、各項綜合能力評分均顯著優(yōu)于對照組,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05);觀察組的患者護(hù)理滿意度顯著高于對照組,護(hù)理不良事件發(fā)生率低,差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 呼吸內(nèi)科護(hù)理教學(xué)活動中應(yīng)用臨床教學(xué)法的教學(xué)質(zhì)量顯著,患者的護(hù)理滿意度高,值得臨床推廣應(yīng)用。

Analysis of the Effect and Quality of Clinical Teaching Methods in Nursing Teaching of Respiratory Medicine

[Abstract] Objective To explore the teaching quality and application effect of clinical teaching methods in nursing teaching activities of respiratory medicine. Methods Sixty-eight nursing students who were internship in respiratory medicine in our hospital from March 2018 to April 2019 were selected as research objects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 34 cases in each group. The students in the control group adopted the conventional teaching method, and the students in the observation group adopted the clinical teaching method to observe the patient's nursing satisfaction, the occurrence of nursing adverse events, the students' theoretical foundation scores, the students' actual skills scores, and the students' comprehensive ability scores after the implementation of the nursing teaching activities. Results The students in the observation group were significantly better than the control group in terms of theoretical basic performance, actual skills, and various comprehensive ability scores, with significant differences(P<0.05). Patients in the observation group had significantly higher nursing satisfaction than those in the control group, and adverse nursing events occurrence rate was low, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The teaching quality of clinical teaching method in nursing teaching activities of respiratory medicine is remarkable, and the nursing satisfaction of patients is high, which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.

臨床護(hù)理路徑(Clinical care pathway)是高效的醫(yī)療管理護(hù)理措施,可優(yōu)化護(hù)理工作中時間規(guī)劃,避免醫(yī)療護(hù)理資源浪費(fèi),降低護(hù)理服務(wù)費(fèi)用。護(hù)理帶教活動教學(xué)質(zhì)量的高低會直接影響學(xué)生日后護(hù)理質(zhì)量的高低,體現(xiàn)醫(yī)院的整體護(hù)理質(zhì)量水平。以往傳統(tǒng)的教學(xué)已無法滿足當(dāng)前對于專業(yè)知識與技能的需求,當(dāng)前更多注重的是對于學(xué)生問題解決能力的培養(yǎng)以及綜合素質(zhì)的提升,因此需采取措施提高教學(xué)效果[1],促使學(xué)生在以后的臨床工作中能夠更好地上手。為了探究呼吸內(nèi)科護(hù)理教學(xué)活動中應(yīng)用臨床教學(xué)法的教學(xué)質(zhì)量以及應(yīng)用效果,該研究抽取2018年3月—2019年4月該院呼吸內(nèi)科68名學(xué)生作為觀察、分組研究的對象,現(xiàn)報道如下。
