[摘要] 目的 探究SWOT分析法在泌尿外科護(hù)理管理質(zhì)量中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 隨機(jī)抽取2017年1月—2018年12月該院于泌尿外科接受治療的84例患者納入研究范圍，將2017年的42例采用常規(guī)護(hù)理管理方式進(jìn)行管理的患者納入對(duì)照組研究范圍，主要進(jìn)行治療環(huán)境的護(hù)理干預(yù)，加強(qiáng)對(duì)患者進(jìn)行健康教育，以方便患者對(duì)自身病癥進(jìn)行掌握，將2018年的42例采用SWOT分析法方式進(jìn)行管理的患者納入實(shí)驗(yàn)組研究范圍，對(duì)醫(yī)院內(nèi)的護(hù)理優(yōu)勢(shì)進(jìn)行分析，結(jié)合醫(yī)院護(hù)理中存在的劣勢(shì)，對(duì)護(hù)理面臨的機(jī)遇及威脅進(jìn)行綜合分析，在此基礎(chǔ)上通過(guò)加強(qiáng)培訓(xùn)，建立層級(jí)護(hù)理管理機(jī)制及提升護(hù)理人員認(rèn)同感進(jìn)行護(hù)理管理，對(duì)比兩組護(hù)理管理質(zhì)量。結(jié)果 經(jīng)研究，實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者的護(hù)理質(zhì)量評(píng)分（97.85±2.12）分及滿意度評(píng)分（98.87±1.45）分顯著高于對(duì)照組（85.44±3.63）分和（82.36±4.52）分，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。結(jié)論 應(yīng)用SWOT分析法有利于提升護(hù)理人員的護(hù)理能力，不斷提升護(hù)理質(zhì)量。

Investigation of the Effect of SWOT Analysis on the Quality of Nursing Management in Urology

[Abstract] Objective To explore the application effect of SWOT analysis in the quality of nursing management in urology. Methods Randomly selected 84 patients who were treated in the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 in the urology department. The 42 patients treated with conventional nursing management in 2017 were included in the control group. Nursing interventions in the treatment environment， strengthening health education for patients to facilitate their mastery of their own illnesses， including 42 patients who were managed by the SWOT analysis method in 2018 into the experimental group's research scope， and conducting nursing advantages in the hospital analysis， combined with the disadvantages in hospital nursing， comprehensively analyze the opportunities and threats faced by nursing， based on this， strengthen the training， establish a hierarchical nursing management mechanism and improve the identity of nursing staff for nursing management， and compare the two groups of nursing management quality. Results After research， the quality of care score （97.85±2.12）points and satisfaction score （98.87±1.45）points of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group （85.44±3.63）points and （82.36±4.52）points， and the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion The application of SWOT analysis is beneficial to the improvement of nursing staff's nursing ability and continuous improvement of nursing quality.

泌尿外科主要針對(duì)各種尿路結(jié)石及復(fù)雜性腎結(jié)石病癥、腎臟及膀胱腫瘤病癥、前列腺炎及前列腺增生病癥、睪丸附睪腫瘤及炎癥、睪丸精索鞘膜積液、泌尿系損傷、先天性尿道下裂、腎盂輸尿管連接部分狹窄及隱睪所導(dǎo)致的腎積水等多種病癥進(jìn)行治療[1]，泌尿外科的治療歷史悠久，治療病癥復(fù)雜，且泌尿外科患者數(shù)量較多，為更好地提升治療質(zhì)量，確?；颊邫C(jī)體安全，必須強(qiáng)化泌尿外科的護(hù)理管理質(zhì)量。SWOT分析法指的是根據(jù)內(nèi)部及外部競(jìng)爭(zhēng)環(huán)境和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)條件，合理進(jìn)行態(tài)勢(shì)分析，對(duì)護(hù)理過(guò)程中的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)及外部存在的機(jī)會(huì)和威脅等進(jìn)行列舉，并系統(tǒng)地對(duì)各項(xiàng)因素進(jìn)行分析[2]，以此得出決策性結(jié)論，該實(shí)驗(yàn)研究就該護(hù)理管理方式于泌尿外科護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用進(jìn)行效果進(jìn)行分析。報(bào)道如下。
