本溪是一座美麗的山城,城市周圍群山環(huán)繞,建筑多是依山而建,在東北廣袤的平原之上,這樣的山城別具風格。生活在山環(huán)水繞之中的本溪人,“靠山吃山,靠水吃水”,春有吃不盡的山野菜,秋有吃不盡的野味鮮魚,四季鮮味吃不敗。
本溪毗鄰省會沈陽,除了最出名的水洞和關門山紅葉,因為多民族混合聚居,在口味上,賦予了本溪飲食更加豐富多元的民族風味。
除了東北特色的燉菜、燒烤之外,本溪尤其以滿族、蒙古族、朝鮮族的美食最為突出:南芬冷水魚、桲欏餅、滿族火鍋、酸湯子、小市羊湯、烤虹鱒魚等招牌菜獨樹一幟。
本溪地質(zhì)優(yōu)越,水質(zhì)清冽,當?shù)靥禺a(chǎn)的龍山泉啤酒、桓仁冰酒、桓仁大米等更是來本溪一定要嘗的。
本溪美食,透著東北人的粗獷豪放,厚重的山與輕盈的水滋養(yǎng)出的食材、不同的文化碰撞之下散發(fā)的獨特味道,這舌尖的一縷鮮,讓許多人時時記掛著到山城走一遭。
Benxi is a beautiful city surrounded by mountains. Most architectures are being built down the hillsides, which generates an unique city view rare to see on the vast plain in northeast China. People here “l(fā)ive on the mountains and rivers”. There are abundant wild vegetables in spring and various wild fish in autumn. There are different natural delicacies in different seasons.
Benxi is the neighboring city of Shenyang, the provincial capital of Liaoning. It is best known for the popular Water Cave and red maple leaves in Guanmen Mountain. On top of that, it is also known for the enriched and diversified flavors in local food,because people of different ethnic groups have been living together in the city for a long time.
In addition to stews and barbecues, the specialties in the northeast, local food is also characterized by Manchu, Mongolian,and Korean delicacies: signature dishes ranging from Nanfen coldwater fish, Manchu oak tree leaf minced pie, Manchu hot pot, sour noodle, Xiaoshi mutton broth, grilled rainbow trout, etc..
The rich soil and clear water in Benxi also nurture many other local specialties including Longshan spring beer, Huanren icewine,Huanren rice and so on. You must try them when you visit the city.Delicacies in Benxi also reflect northeastern people’s character,generous and outgoing. Ingredients grown in this magic mountains and in the clear water and special flavors originated through cultural integration of ethnic groups are the bite of Benxi that continues to attract people to come and explore the city themselves.
