品管圈在外科患者圍手術(shù)期交接護(hù)理管理中的運(yùn)用

[摘要] 目的 分析品管圈在外科患者圍手術(shù)期交接中護(hù)理管理的運(yùn)用價(jià)值。方法 將2018年1月—2019年1月在該院外科接受診治的98例患者作為研究對(duì)象,以雙盲法劃入品管圈組與常規(guī)組(n=49)。常規(guī)組實(shí)施常規(guī)圍術(shù)期交接護(hù)理管理,品管圈組應(yīng)用品管圈管理模式,對(duì)比工作效果。結(jié)果 護(hù)理后品管圈組患者的手術(shù)交接管理時(shí)間大幅度下降(P<0.05)。品管圈組發(fā)生1例不良問(wèn)題,常規(guī)組發(fā)生7例不良問(wèn)題,常規(guī)組患者手術(shù)室護(hù)理滿(mǎn)意率為81.63%,品管圈組患者手術(shù)室護(hù)理滿(mǎn)意率為97.96%,兩組數(shù)據(jù)比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。結(jié)論 品管圈在外科患者圍手術(shù)期交接中護(hù)理管理的運(yùn)用,能夠提升患者的護(hù)理滿(mǎn)意度,減少患者手術(shù)交接時(shí)間,降低患者不良問(wèn)題發(fā)生率。

[Abstract] Objective To analyze the value of quality management in the management of perioperative management of surgical patients. Methods 98 patients who underwent surgical treatment in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were enrolled in the study. They were assigned to the quality control group and the conventional group by double-blind method(n=49). The routine group implemented the routine perioperative handover management, and the quality control circle group applied the quality management mode to compare the work effects. Results The management time of surgical handover in the patients in the quality control group decreased significantly(P<0.05). There were 1 case of bad problems in the quality control circle group, 7 cases of bad problems occurred in the routine group. The satisfaction rate of the operation room in the routine group was 81.63%, and the satisfaction rate of the operation room in the quality control group was 97.96%. The data comparison between the two groups included statistics, with statistically significance(P<0.05). Conclusion The use of quality management in the perioperative handover of surgical patients can improve the patient's satisfaction with nursing, reduce the time of surgical handover, and reduce the incidence of adverse problems.

手術(shù)患者交接時(shí)間與護(hù)理質(zhì)量,直接關(guān)系到手術(shù)的安全與患者安危,影響著手術(shù)室工作效率[1]。隨著現(xiàn)代醫(yī)療服務(wù)質(zhì)量的不斷提升,如何提升手術(shù)室患者交接效率成為手術(shù)室護(hù)理管理中研究的重要問(wèn)題。品管圈即為將相近工作內(nèi)容、工作區(qū)域的人員組合為一體,在明確活動(dòng)主題的基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)揮協(xié)同合作的作用,提出問(wèn)題,集思廣益,更好地解決問(wèn)題[2]。文章將2018年1月—2019年1月在該院外科接受診治的98例患者作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,根據(jù)分組調(diào)查的結(jié)果展開(kāi)論述,報(bào)道如下。

1 ?資料與方法

1.1 ?一般資料

將在該院外科接受診治的98例患者作為調(diào)查對(duì)象,以雙盲法劃入品管圈組(n=49)與常規(guī)組(n=49)。常規(guī)組患者中男女?dāng)?shù)量占比為27:22,入選患者年齡范圍在21~67歲內(nèi),均數(shù)值為(51.12±3.51)歲。品管圈組患者中男女?dāng)?shù)量占比為26:23,入選患者年齡范圍在21~68歲內(nèi),均數(shù)值為(51.19±3.47)歲。入選患者均自愿參與實(shí)驗(yàn)調(diào)查,且兩組基本資料比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P>0.05)。

1.2 ?方法

常規(guī)組實(shí)施常規(guī)圍手術(shù)期交接護(hù)理管理,術(shù)前備皮、灌腸等,指導(dǎo)患者參與各項(xiàng)常規(guī)檢查等,核對(duì)患者個(gè)人信息。品管圈組應(yīng)用品管圈管理模式,具體路徑如下。

1.2.1 成立品管圈活動(dòng)小組 ?結(jié)合具體工作的內(nèi)容,制定“提升外科患者圍術(shù)期交接效率”等活動(dòng)主題。由外科4名骨干、3名護(hù)士長(zhǎng)作為品管圈管理組長(zhǎng),由工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的若干名護(hù)理人員構(gòu)建組員。明確每一位護(hù)理人員的責(zé)任與工作范圍,實(shí)現(xiàn)“權(quán)責(zé)分明”。
