【摘要】 目的 探討高頻電波刀(LEEP刀)聯(lián)合重組牛堿性成纖維細胞生長因子(rb-bFGF)凝膠在宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變中的應用價值。方法 100例宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變患者, 根據(jù)隨機數(shù)字表法分為研究組和對照組, 各50例。研究組行LEEP刀聯(lián)合rb-bFGF凝膠治療, 對照組行LEEP刀治療。比較兩組臨床療效、創(chuàng)面愈合情況及術后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生情況。結果 研究組的臨床治療總有效率98.00%(49/50)高于對照組的84.00%(42/50), 差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。研究組創(chuàng)面止血結痂初步愈合時間(8.09±2.37)d短于對照組的(17.74±3.47)d, 差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。研究組陰道出血量少于對照組, 陰道出血持續(xù)時間短于對照組, 差異均有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。研究組并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率2%(1/50)低于對照組的16%(8/50), 差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P<0.05)。結論 宮頸上皮內(nèi)瘤變患者行LEEP刀聯(lián)合rb-bFGF凝膠治療利于促進患者術后創(chuàng)面愈合, 提高臨床療效, 降低術后并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率, 值得臨床推廣。

【Abstract】 Objective? ?To discuss the practical value of loop electrosurgical excisional procedure (LEEP) knife combined with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor (rb-bFGF) gel in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Methods? ?A total of 100 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia patients were divided by random number table method into research group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The research group was treated with LEEP knife combined with rb-bFGF gel, and the control group was treated with LEEP knife. Comparison was made on clinical efficacy, wound healing condition and occurrence of postoperative complications between the two groups. Results? ?The research group had higher total effective rate of clinical treatment as 98.00%(49/50) than 84.00%(42/50) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The research group had shorter preliminary healing time of wound hemostasis and scab formation as (8.09±2.37) d than (17.74±3.47) d?in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The research group had less amount of vaginal hemorrhage than the control group and shorter duration of vaginal bleeding than the control group. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The research group had lower incidence of complications as 2%(1/50) than 16%(8/50) in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion? ?LEEP knife combined with rb-bFGF gel treatment is helpful to promote wound healing of patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, improve clinical efficacy, and reduce the incidence of complications. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
