摘要:目的? 探討PBL教學(xué)模式在全科住院醫(yī)師心血管技能培訓(xùn)中的教學(xué)效果。方法? 選取我院心內(nèi)科輪轉(zhuǎn)的全科醫(yī)師50人,隨機(jī)分為試驗(yàn)組和對照組,每組25人。試驗(yàn)組采用PBL教學(xué)模式,對照組采用LBL教學(xué)模式。兩個(gè)月后,考核理論知識、實(shí)踐技能成績并進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,評價(jià)兩組學(xué)生的教學(xué)效果。結(jié)果? 試驗(yàn)組的理論知識成績?yōu)椋?5.81±6.43)分,高于對照組的 (81.21±5.82)分,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05);試驗(yàn)組實(shí)踐技能成績?yōu)椋?8.52±7.52)分,高于對照組的(82.14±6.11)分;試驗(yàn)組教學(xué)的滿意度(92.00%)優(yōu)于對照組(80.00%),差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0.05)。 結(jié)論? PBL 教學(xué)模式在提高學(xué)生理論知識及實(shí)踐技能方面均有較好教學(xué)效果,且有較高滿意度,值得在全科住院醫(yī)師心血管技能規(guī)范化培訓(xùn)中推廣。

Abstract:Objective? To explore the teaching effect of PBL teaching mode in cardiovascular skills training for general practitioners. Methods? A total of 50 general practitioners in our department of cardiology were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 25 patients in each group. The experimental group adopted the PBL teaching mode, and the control group used the LBL teaching mode. Two months later, the theoretical knowledge, practical skills scores and questionnaire survey were conducted to evaluate the teaching effect of the two groups of students. Results The theoretical knowledge of the experimental group was (85.81±6.43), which was higher than that of the control group (81.21±5.82), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The experimental group's practical skill score was (88.52±7.52). The score was higher than that of the control group (82.14±6.11); the satisfaction of the experimental group (92.00%) was better than that of the control group (80.00%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion? The PBL teaching model has a good teaching effect in improving students' theoretical knowledge and practical skills, and has high satisfaction. It is worthy of promotion in the standardized training of cardiovascular skills for general residents.

全科醫(yī)師規(guī)范化 培訓(xùn)的目的是為基層診療系統(tǒng)輸送合格的衛(wèi)生人才,完成我們國家進(jìn)行三級診療的醫(yī)改目標(biāo),而心血管疾病居我國發(fā)病率及死亡率之首[1],危急重癥多,需要在基層及社區(qū)醫(yī)院進(jìn)行隨訪康復(fù)。培養(yǎng)全科醫(yī)師的院前急救技能及冠心病、高血壓等慢性病的長期管理能力可有效控制心血管疾病的發(fā)病率及死亡率,提高康復(fù)率。探索教學(xué)效果更好的模式,對全科醫(yī)師進(jìn)行規(guī)范化的心血管疾病診治技能培訓(xùn)是一項(xiàng)緊迫的任務(wù)。隨著教育改革的不斷發(fā)展,以問題為基礎(chǔ)的教學(xué)模式(problem-based learning,PBL)已成為醫(yī)學(xué)教育的一個(gè)方向[2]。在佳木斯大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院心內(nèi)科的教學(xué)過程中,PBL教學(xué)模式應(yīng)用取得了很好的教學(xué)效果及教學(xué)滿意度,現(xiàn)報(bào)道如下。
