江蘇省于2021年開(kāi)始正式使用全國(guó)卷，全國(guó)卷三套試題的作文題大都采用寫(xiě)書(shū)信的方式，以邀請(qǐng)信、建議信、申請(qǐng)信、投訴信、道歉信等為主要考查形式。本文將對(duì)書(shū)信類(lèi)書(shū)面表達(dá)題的寫(xiě)作方法進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納，希望對(duì)各位同學(xué)有所幫助。

一、邀請(qǐng)信

寫(xiě)作內(nèi)容包括：①簡(jiǎn)明說(shuō)明活動(dòng)，并且發(fā)出邀請(qǐng)，邀請(qǐng)對(duì)方參加;②說(shuō)明活動(dòng)內(nèi)容和特色;③希望對(duì)方可以受邀參賽，表達(dá)感謝。

【篇首句】提出邀請(qǐng)，介紹活動(dòng)主要內(nèi)容

1.I am a president of the Student Union from XX School named Xiao Ming .

2.There will be an English contest being held on August 6.

3.I’d like to invite you to judge it.

【篇中】介紹活動(dòng)具體信息，并說(shuō)明對(duì)方需要具體做的事情。

1.We will start at +時(shí)間 and arrive there at ...

2.During the afternoon， we’ll...together.

【篇尾句】希望對(duì)方接受邀請(qǐng)，并盡快回復(fù)。

1.I am looking forward to your reply.

2. I will feel much honored if you could come.

3.We are looking forward to your coming.

二、建議信

建議信一般包括：①自我介紹、說(shuō)明目的;②委婉提出建議及改進(jìn)措施;③表達(dá)祝福。

【篇首句】表明立場(chǎng)

1. Quite a number of students feel the same way as you. Perhaps the following suggestions are helpful.

2.I just want to express some ideas about how to improve our hotel.

【篇中】介紹詳情，提出具體建議。

1.I'd like to suggest that...

2.In my opinion， ...

3.If I were you， I would...

4.You'd better do.../not do...

【篇尾句】期望建議得到采納，表達(dá)感謝

1. I do hope you will consider my tips.

2.I hope these suggestions will be of use to you.

三、申請(qǐng)信

寫(xiě)作內(nèi)容一般包括：①寫(xiě)信的目的;②個(gè)人優(yōu)勢(shì)、能力（申請(qǐng)的理由）③表達(dá)感謝和期待

【篇首】介紹自己，簡(jiǎn)要說(shuō)明信息來(lái)源，并提出申請(qǐng)。

1. You said you are looking for a English teacher in the

newspaper.

2.I would like to apply for the post of secretary which was advertised in the newspaper.

【篇中】列舉個(gè)人優(yōu)勢(shì)，并說(shuō)明理由

1.I believe I can finish the work perfectly.

2. Firstly，I am good at writing and communicating with others.

【篇尾句】期待被錄用并表達(dá)感謝。

1. I hope you can trust me and give me an opportunity.

2.I hope you can offer me the opportunity.

四、投訴信

寫(xiě)作內(nèi)容包括：①提出抱怨并表示遺憾;②簡(jiǎn)述事情發(fā)生的過(guò)程;③指出造成的后果;④提出建議。

【篇首】自我介紹，交代投訴內(nèi)容。

1.I am writing to express my disappointment about your restaurant.

2.I’m writing to you to complain about...

【篇中】列舉問(wèn)題以及造成的后果，委婉提出建議。

1.One annoying aspect of your service is the environment make me feel uncomfortable.

2.I have been pleased with your services for years，but now I feel very disappointed.

【篇尾句】表達(dá)希望問(wèn)題得到迅速解決的強(qiáng)烈愿望，并希望盡快得到滿意答復(fù)。

1. I hope that my problem will get you kind consideration .

2. I believe you will think highly of the matter.

五、道歉信

寫(xiě)作內(nèi)容包括：①表達(dá)歉意，說(shuō)明道歉的具體事件②解釋原因，提出彌補(bǔ)措施③希望得到諒解。

【篇首】表明為什么事道歉

1.I am writing this letter to express my regret…

2.I am writing to apologize for…

【篇中】說(shuō)明造成的原因

1.Once again， I am sorry for any inconvenience caused.

2.Please allow me to say sorry again.
