Abstract：Through the study of the literature, the article analyzed the operation modes of loose, semi-tight and close associations of medical institutions in China and integration of medical resources in some developed countries, and the connotation of medical performance evaluation from the aspect of evaluation objectives, theoretical framework, evaluation contents, evaluation index and evaluation results. It is found that the difficulties of performance evaluation of medical associations lie in the diversity of types, verified standards and lack of quantitative evaluation methods for performance and so on. The purpose of this review is to explore the evaluation method of performance for medical associations more suitable for China.

Abstract：Based on Kadushi's functional approach, the paper describes and analyzes the practice of joint supervision, which is used widely in medical social work. Three problems have been found during the joint supervision process: lack of systematicness in administrative supervision, lack of operability in educational supervision and lack of depth in supportive supervision. The paper proposes that both sides of the joint supervisors should build up an internal communication channel to clarify the process of administrative supervision, specify the contents of educational supervision, and improve the level of joint supervision to enhance educational quality for medical social worker.

Abstract：The questionnaire survey of learning satisfaction among graduates of health management from 2011 to 2014 showed that the degree of overall satisfaction was moderate level, the degree of satisfaction on curriculum offered, self-cultivation and teaching was higher, but statistically significant differences existed in learning satisfaction among graduates of different grades. It was suggested to strengthen construction of curriculum system, clarify the orientation of the major and enhance the cultivation of the practical ability of the specialized curriculum.
