Abstract: The historical context and subjective ideas of the new period have changed, and regaining the Confucian ideological tradition is the source of the roots in the new historical period. It is a crisis of modernity that promotes Confucianism to break through the traditional culture and seeks opportunities and opportunities for the value positioning of the times. Based on the analysis of the necessity of the combination of Confucianism and ideological and political education in colleges and universities, with a view to the enlightenment of Confucianism on the methods of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.

1.The Necessity of Integrating Confucianism into Ideological and Political Education in Colleges

The Inner Requirements of the Modern Development of Confucianism The Confucian mainstream thought seems to have been destroyed in the modern era as the dynasties and bureaucratic ruins collapsed. From the content point of view, all thoughts of the Chinese people are influenced by the Confucianism in their subtle influences, because the spread of culture has its far-reaching and lasting. . Integrating Confucian ideas into ideological and political education in colleges and universities is an inherent requirement of the transformation of Confucian modernization. To achieve new breakthroughs and new developments, Confucianism must seek a public, open, and broad audience. Ideological and political education in colleges and universities is used as propaganda ideology and political perspectives. The forward position of moral concepts is an important carrier in the process of the modernization of Confucian ideological education.

The practical needs of ideological and political education in colleges and universities "Ideological and political education, as part of our party's work, means that the society or social group uses certain ideas, political opinions, and moral values to exert a purposeful, planned, and organized influence on their members so that they can form a conformity. The social practice activities of ideology and morality required by a certain

society.”[1]The ideological and political education in colleges and universities faces the pain of transformation in the process of modernization, the content of ideological and political education is too rigid, and the way is criticized for pure theoretical teaching and so on. The role of moral education has been questioned. To achieve a new transformation in ideological and political education, it must be compatible with the needs of the times and the reality, and incorporate Confucian ideas into the ideological and political education system. This is an inevitable requirement of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.

2. The Enlightenment of Confucianism to the Ideological and Political Education Method in Colleges

2.1Advocate educators to demonstrate themselves and educators want to introspect

Confucian scholars advocated demonstrating themselves and influenced and enlightened students with their noble virtues, which had a good demonstration effect. Ideological and political education is a two-way interaction and influence between the education subject and the education object in a specific situation. The realization of the effectiveness of ideological and political education requires the cooperation and mutual assistance between the two. As a group with free will and clear personality, students have their own views and opinions on issues during this golden period, basic moral judgments and moral choices that clearly distinguish right from wrong, difficulties and setbacks encountered in daily life, and ideological and political education. The slowness of reflection in the real life field is largely required by students' self-management. Students must be good at strengthening internal self-examination from their own experiences and what they see and hear, form and deepen their views and understanding of certain issues, and thus truly Learn how to behave and do things.

2.2Emphasis on heuristic teaching, emphasizing that students should actively think

The basis of heuristic teaching is that students should take the initiative to think, and students should be inspired when they think about the same thing. Secondly, it should emphasize the result of inspiration. This is the thought of Confucius on heuristic teaching. In order to achieve new development and new changes in colleges and universities, ideological and political education must change the traditional theoretical indoctrination teaching methods. Instead, we must adopt heuristic teaching so that students can use their own initiative and creative thinking to solve problems. The process can arouse students' interest in participating in the classroom and actively participate in the context of specific problems. In the case of students who do not think deeply and say something, the educator must conduct heuristic teaching in a timely manner and discuss the interaction between the students and the teacher. In the process of finding the best solution to the problem, students deepen the study of theoretical and practical problems, which is more conducive to achieving the goal of ideological and political education.
