來(lái)自英國(guó)、荷蘭、法國(guó)、美國(guó)、印度等國(guó)家的20多位漢學(xué)家、中國(guó)問(wèn)題研究專家和智庫(kù)學(xué)者，參加完在北京召開的2018年“漢學(xué)與當(dāng)代中國(guó)”座談會(huì)后，相聚西子湖畔，實(shí)地考察調(diào)研浙江鄉(xiāng)村振興發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)，親身感悟體驗(yàn)浙江人文山水底蘊(yùn)。一路上，漢學(xué)家們對(duì)浙江的發(fā)展變化發(fā)出由衷的贊嘆：“中國(guó)，了不起！”

“杭州景色，真美麗！”

盛夏時(shí)節(jié)的杭州西湖，荷花綻放，荷香撲鼻。傍晚，一場(chǎng)應(yīng)時(shí)的陣雨將整個(gè)西湖洗刷一新。聽說(shuō)《最憶是杭州》是G20杭州峰會(huì)各國(guó)元首看過(guò)的表演節(jié)目，坐在觀眾席上的漢學(xué)家們有些迫不及待，急著想一睹風(fēng)采。

“畢竟西湖六月中，風(fēng)光不與四時(shí)同。接天蓮葉無(wú)窮碧，映日荷花別樣紅?！卑⒅形幕瘏f(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)斯巴修嘴里朗誦著南宋詩(shī)人楊萬(wàn)里的《曉出凈慈寺送林子方》，一邊搖著扇子，一邊擦著臉上的汗水，看得出他十分開心。

隨著大型水上情景表演交響音樂(lè)會(huì)《最憶是杭州》的上演，漢學(xué)家們一下子屏住了呼吸。這場(chǎng)以“創(chuàng)新、活力、聯(lián)動(dòng)、包容”為主題，同時(shí)展現(xiàn)“西湖元素、杭州特色、江南韻味、中國(guó)氣派和世界大同”的音樂(lè)會(huì)，讓漢學(xué)家們大呼過(guò)癮。

50分鐘的演出，漢學(xué)家們看得如癡如醉。“在湖光山色中，觀看水上芭蕾表演，聆聽世界名曲，感受中國(guó)元素與世界文化的交融與碰撞，將傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代、古典與經(jīng)典結(jié)合得美輪美奐，真的太美了?！彼拱托薹浅＜?dòng)：“欲把西湖比西子，淡妝濃抹總相宜。杭州，我愛你！”

尼泊爾阿尼哥協(xié)會(huì)會(huì)長(zhǎng)SARBOTTAM是一名職業(yè)醫(yī)生，也是一個(gè)中國(guó)通。“我（上世紀(jì)）80年代就在湖北武漢讀書。那時(shí)中國(guó)沒(méi)有現(xiàn)在這么富強(qiáng)、這么美麗?，F(xiàn)在已經(jīng)大變樣了。讀書期間，我來(lái)過(guò)西湖，也去過(guò)安徽黃山、四川九寨溝……還特地跑到臺(tái)灣看日月潭。沒(méi)想到，現(xiàn)在中國(guó)的美麗景點(diǎn)這么多，想看都看不過(guò)來(lái)了。中國(guó)的發(fā)展速度令人稱奇?！痹诔舜斡[大運(yùn)河的過(guò)程中，他不時(shí)地用手機(jī)抓拍一個(gè)個(gè)美景，還一個(gè)勁地說(shuō)：“太美了。我都樂(lè)不思蜀，不想回去了?！币豢诹骼钠胀ㄔ捵终粓A。

在京杭大運(yùn)河博物館，埃及艾因·夏姆斯大學(xué)語(yǔ)言學(xué)院中文系教授穆赫辛·法爾加尼說(shuō)，他的家鄉(xiāng)就在蘇伊士運(yùn)河邊，來(lái)到京杭大運(yùn)河后，感覺(jué)非常親切。這是他第一次來(lái)杭州，很榮幸，收獲也很大。特別是在博物館里，了解了不少京杭大運(yùn)河的知識(shí)以及中國(guó)的歷史，回去以后要好好消化研究，把這次看到的中國(guó)變化、中國(guó)故事、中國(guó)經(jīng)驗(yàn)寫出來(lái)。

“只有民族的才是世界的。中國(guó)能夠?qū)鹘y(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代有機(jī)結(jié)合，走出了中國(guó)特色的發(fā)展之路。這是中國(guó)發(fā)展富強(qiáng)的根本原因，也是值得世界各國(guó)學(xué)習(xí)借鑒的寶貴經(jīng)驗(yàn)?！弊叱霾┪镳^，他興致勃勃地提筆揮毫，在留言簿上寫下了“龍飛鳳舞”四個(gè)大大的中國(guó)漢字。

“浙江鄉(xiāng)村，我喜歡！”

青山綠水間，藍(lán)天白云，風(fēng)清氣朗。盡管天氣炎熱，可是美景依舊擋不住漢學(xué)家們的熱情和好奇。

漫山翠竹，小橋流水。在安吉縣余村，漢學(xué)家們頂著烈日，實(shí)地考察了浙江新農(nóng)村建設(shè)情況，并參觀了安吉生態(tài)博物館，了解安吉生態(tài)文化的特色和民風(fēng)民俗，充分感受浙江鄉(xiāng)村振興的發(fā)展之路。

一路上，草木蔥蘢，景色怡人。美國(guó)德克薩斯南方大學(xué)歷史與地理學(xué)系副教授Roger Preston忍不住贊美起來(lái)：“沒(méi)想到一個(gè)小山村能發(fā)展得這么好，資源豐富、村莊整潔，我很喜歡這里?！?/p>

“在中國(guó)待了很多年，但是安吉卻是第一次來(lái)，覺(jué)得這里特別不錯(cuò)，綠水青山，空氣清新，環(huán)境真的特別好，而且農(nóng)村百姓很幸福。”哈薩克斯坦阿里-法拉比國(guó)立大學(xué)東方學(xué)系漢學(xué)教研室主任Nabizhan連聲稱贊。

一杯安吉白茶，淡淡的清香沁人心脾，也緩解了夏季的躁熱?！斑@還是第一次喝安吉白茶，真的很不錯(cuò)。我平時(shí)喝茶都喜歡加點(diǎn)糖，但這個(gè)白茶不加糖，也很好喝，而且很健康！”索非亞大學(xué)教授Alexander Bogdanov不停地稱贊。

在安吉遞鋪街道魯家村，漢學(xué)家們走進(jìn)村里的旅游集散中心，聽著解說(shuō)，品著白茶，嘗著村民們提供的美食糕點(diǎn)，不時(shí)地點(diǎn)頭稱贊。由于時(shí)間關(guān)系，漢學(xué)家們稍作休憩，又迫不及待地前往“火車總站”，乘上了“阿魯阿家”號(hào)小火車環(huán)游這個(gè)“明星村”。

在聽聞小小的一個(gè)村子里有18個(gè)農(nóng)場(chǎng)后，Roger Preston教授非常驚訝，“沒(méi)想到一個(gè)小小的農(nóng)村居然可以這么發(fā)達(dá)，而且產(chǎn)品也很豐富?！彼?jīng)在中國(guó)待了6年時(shí)間，但卻是第一次看到中國(guó)的農(nóng)村里居然藏著這么不一樣的美景。

“這里的鄉(xiāng)村太美了！青山綠水就是金山銀山。”看見這里家家戶戶都住著漂亮的青磚黛瓦的洋房，看到村民臉上洋溢的幸福笑容，阿根廷拉努斯國(guó)立大學(xué)當(dāng)代中國(guó)碩士研究專業(yè)負(fù)責(zé)人GUSTAVO不由地感慨：“在這樣的環(huán)境下生活，真是很幸福、很快樂(lè)、很健康?！?h3>“中國(guó)智慧，了不起！”

今年是中國(guó)改革開放40周年，浙江實(shí)施“八八戰(zhàn)略”15周年。漢學(xué)家們通過(guò)實(shí)地參觀調(diào)研，都認(rèn)為浙江的發(fā)展無(wú)疑是中國(guó)發(fā)展的一個(gè)生動(dòng)縮影：“中國(guó)智慧，了不起！”

15年來(lái)，這里走出了一條富有浙江特色的發(fā)展之路，經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)持續(xù)健康發(fā)展，人民群眾的幸福感、獲得感、安全感不斷提升。浙江實(shí)踐引起了各國(guó)漢學(xué)家的高度關(guān)注，也引發(fā)了他們濃厚的研究興趣。

“安吉的鄉(xiāng)村振興實(shí)踐和特色小鎮(zhèn)建設(shè)，展現(xiàn)了浙江鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展的科學(xué)之路；互聯(lián)網(wǎng)與社會(huì)融合發(fā)展，彰顯了浙江與世界同發(fā)展、共進(jìn)步的理念；西湖文化景觀和大運(yùn)河文化，體現(xiàn)了浙江的特色歷史文化底蘊(yùn)?！边@是來(lái)自哈佛大學(xué)肯尼迪政府學(xué)院非常駐高級(jí)研究員柯保羅的觀感。

柯保羅說(shuō)，他第一次來(lái)中國(guó)是1974年。那時(shí)的中國(guó)還不怎么發(fā)達(dá)，城市建設(shè)沒(méi)有現(xiàn)在這么美，老百姓也沒(méi)有這么富足。“現(xiàn)在真的不一樣了。40年時(shí)間，發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化，中國(guó)速度、中國(guó)效率、中國(guó)方案、中國(guó)道路，真的很了不起?！痹谒磥?lái)，在當(dāng)前廣泛的國(guó)際合作中，構(gòu)建共贏共享的人類命運(yùn)共同體是最佳的選擇。當(dāng)今世界經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展出現(xiàn)了許多結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾和問(wèn)題，唯有靠進(jìn)一步深化和拓展國(guó)際合作，才能實(shí)現(xiàn)共贏共享，造福世界文明。

“這次浙江之行，給我們留下了深刻的印象。對(duì)于整個(gè)世界來(lái)說(shuō)，中國(guó)在很多領(lǐng)域，特別是在環(huán)保和氣候變化方面，發(fā)揮著越來(lái)越重要的作用?！辈悸〉闲侣劤霭婢志珠L(zhǎng)路易斯·坎文努巴薩說(shuō)，40年來(lái)的改革開放，給中國(guó)和中國(guó)人民、給世界政治經(jīng)濟(jì)格局所帶來(lái)的改變與影響，前所未有。中國(guó)已經(jīng)成為世界第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體、世界經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)穩(wěn)定器，書寫了世界最為成功的脫貧故事，中國(guó)進(jìn)行改革開放，契合世界各國(guó)人民要發(fā)展要合作要和平生活的時(shí)代潮流，不僅讓中國(guó)人民走向共同富裕，也在為實(shí)現(xiàn)全世界共同富裕貢獻(xiàn)了中國(guó)方案。

“中國(guó)在過(guò)去40年中的發(fā)展非常卓越，改革開放的政策使中國(guó)人民和全世界很多國(guó)家都進(jìn)步了?！痹诎锥砹_斯文化部前任部長(zhǎng)斯維特洛夫·鮑里斯看來(lái)，深厚的中華傳統(tǒng)文化是中國(guó)發(fā)展的根基。中國(guó)文化是一條獨(dú)特的“絲綢之路”，它不僅存在于地理空間，而且也存在于歷史長(zhǎng)河的坐標(biāo)軸上。

After attending a seminar featuring the theme of Sinology and Contemporary China in Beijing， 25 sinologists， China experts and think tank scholars from 22 countries visited Zhejiang from June 25 to 28， 2018. They came to learn about the cultural charms of Zhejiang and take a look at the rural development of the province， which leads China in countryside reconstruction and revitalization in many aspects.

In the first evening， the guests watched a reality show on the West Lake. The show was ， first presented for the VIP guests who were attending the G20 Hangzhou Summit Meeting in September 2016. The guests wowed at the 50-minute show， which highlighted the elements of West Lake， characteristics of Hangzhou， charms of Jiangnan， style of China， and the harmony of the world.

The guests also took a boat riding on the Hangzhou section of the Grand Canal of China that zigzags through downtown Hangzhou. After the boat tour， they visited Grand Canal Museum.

The international scholars and experts visited Yucun， a village in Anji County in northern Zhejiang， to take a look at the exemplary sample the village set for the whole province in restoring ecology and developing in an environment-friendly way. They also visited Anji Ecology Museum which not only presents a general view of the rural environment but also the traditional lifestyle of the county. The trip to Anji provided the visitors with an insight into the development that has transformed rural Zhejiang over the last decades.

One of the villages the guests visited in Anji was Lujia. It was a model village featuring wonderful economic development and community growth. After a short tea break， the international visitors took a brief train tour around the star village. The village now operates 18 farms.

Mr. Roger Preston， an associate professor with the Department of Geology and History of Texas Southern University， had spent six years in China. It was his first visit to Anji. The eye-opening visit offered him an insight into the beauty and prosperity of rural Zhejiang.

“How beautiful the village is！ Green mountains and clear rivers are indeed a mountain of gold and silver！” sighed emotionally Mr. Gustavo， a scholar of China Studies with Universidad Nacional de Lanus of Argentina， Mr. Nabizhan， director of Sinology Office， Oriental Studies Department of Al-Farabi Kazakh National University， found Anji appealing to him. He had spent many years in China， but it was his first visit to Anji.

For many of the guests， it was the first time they ever tried White Tea， a special tea named after Anji. “I like sugared tea， but this cup of white tea is good to sip and healthy！” said Mr. Alexander Bogdanov， a professor with Sophia University.

The international experts were interested in learning about Zhejiangs solutions and practices in the provinces solid and sound economic and social development. “The rural revitalization and special towns in Anji embodies a scientific path Zhejiang takes for its rural development； integration of Internet and society embodies Zhejiangs philosophy and practice to connect the world for growth and progress； the West Lake and the Grand Canal present the history and culture of Zhejiang，” commented Paul Clifford， a senior researcher with Harvard University.

Paul Clifford first visited China in 1974. “Now everything is different. There have been fundamental changes over the past 40 years， Chinese speed， Chinese efficiency， Chinese solution and Chinese road are really great，” remarked Paul Clifford. He agreed that building a shared future for humanity by means of widest-range international cooperation is the best choice. The structural problems and contradictions in the global economic system can only be solved by deepening and widening international cooperation so as to create a win-win situation and benefit the whole world.

“China has scored great achievement in development over the past 40 years. Its reform and opening up has benefited Chinese people and many other countries in the world，” commented Mr. Boris Svetlov， former Belarusian Culture Minister. In his opinion， the traditional Chinese culture is the very foundation of Chinese development. Chinese culture is a unique Silk Road. It is more than a physical presence. It is also a hallmark of history. Sinologists are foreign experts specialized in China studies. They are envoys of Chinese culture. Their understanding of Chinese culture and Chinese realities of today can enable the international community to make a better sense of China， Chinese wisdom， and Chinese solution and practice in rural development and revitalization.
