Born in Qishan county of Shaanxi province in northern-central China in 1961， Zhang Mingsheng graduated from Northwest University and now works at Xian Academy of Fine Arts. He is a member of Xian Calligraphers Association. He is fond of literature and calligraphy， devoting himself to art in his lifetime to nourish the spirit and the heart.
