國際老年大學(xué)協(xié)會主席一行到訪浙江——

春天的杭州風(fēng)景如畫，美不勝收。在這樣明媚的好時節(jié)里，浙江老年大學(xué)迎來了一位帶著“國際風(fēng)”的客人——國際老年大學(xué)協(xié)會（AIUTA）主席弗朗索瓦·維拉斯教授。

4月8日，維拉斯一行來到浙江老年大學(xué)參觀訪問。

琴棋書畫迎來遠(yuǎn)客

維拉斯和一同來訪的國際老年大學(xué)協(xié)會考察團(tuán)其他成員首先參觀了浙江老年大學(xué)校園。

浙江老年大學(xué)坐落于浙江杭州西湖風(fēng)景名勝區(qū)北部，校園占地面積24畝，建筑面積2.3萬平方米，古樸典雅、獨具江南風(fēng)格的校園建筑，與周邊的浙江音樂廳、小百花藝術(shù)中心、浙江圖書館、浙江大學(xué)等構(gòu)成了寶石山北麓一道亮麗的文化風(fēng)景線。目前學(xué)校設(shè)有26個專業(yè)、66門課程、166個班級，共有一萬多名老同志在校學(xué)習(xí)。

參觀過程中，維拉斯表示，全球范圍內(nèi)各國老年大學(xué)都得到了很好的發(fā)展，但中國的老年大學(xué)是世界最好的。浙江省十分重視老年教育工作，浙江老年大學(xué)地理位置優(yōu)越、校園環(huán)境優(yōu)美、辦學(xué)成果豐碩，形成了獨到的辦學(xué)特色。維拉斯希望能與浙江老年大學(xué)保持良好的關(guān)系，今后在新的層面上，特別是在老年教育科學(xué)研究、老年大學(xué)現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)等方面進(jìn)一步加強合作與探討，落實“一帶一路”倡議，推進(jìn)老年大學(xué)國際化交流，共同推動全球老年教育發(fā)展。

交流活動中，浙江老年大學(xué)師生表演了民樂合奏《喜洋洋》《采茶舞曲》、越劇清唱《嚴(yán)蘭貞盤夫選段》、二胡獨奏《戰(zhàn)馬奔騰》、京劇《珠簾寨》及書畫創(chuàng)作等精彩節(jié)目，贏得了全場陣陣掌聲。

興之所至，在驚嘆中華文化博大精深的同時，考察團(tuán)一行紛紛上臺與老年大學(xué)師生共同進(jìn)行書法、國畫現(xiàn)場互動。維拉斯提起毛筆，寫下了一個大大的中國“?！弊帧?h3>學(xué)術(shù)交流促進(jìn)提高

參觀完畢后，維拉斯出席了浙江老年教育學(xué)術(shù)報告會，為浙江省委老干部局干部職工，浙江老年大學(xué)、杭州老干部大學(xué)及寧波老年大學(xué)的師生代表作了《世界老年大學(xué)的現(xiàn)在與未來》的主旨演講。

“老年大學(xué)是老年人從工作到退休的過渡，它為各個年齡段的老年人提供學(xué)習(xí)的機會，豐富了老年人的退休生活?！卑殡S著維拉斯的演講，幻燈片上出現(xiàn)板書，臺下聽眾或聚精會神地聆聽，或有條不紊地提筆記錄。

維拉斯圍繞老年大學(xué)的歷史、終身教育的成就和國際老年大學(xué)協(xié)會項目等三方面內(nèi)容與來賓探討交流，并介紹了全球老年大學(xué)的三種辦學(xué)模式——法國模式、英國模式和中國模式。他表示，中國模式有強有力的政府支持，政府將老年教育納入經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展規(guī)劃，在辦學(xué)、師資、經(jīng)費等方面給予支持和保障，辦學(xué)成效顯著。

學(xué)術(shù)報告會期間，現(xiàn)場氣氛熱烈，聽眾們就國際游學(xué)、老年教育的價值、國際社會對老年教育的政策支持等與維拉斯教授互動交流。

維拉斯表示，國際老年大學(xué)協(xié)會積極致力于老年教育創(chuàng)新發(fā)展和老年教育理論研究探索。隨著中國“一帶一路”倡議的提出，今后一個階段，協(xié)會將重點就多元文化融合進(jìn)行研究，有序推動“一帶一路”沿線國家的老年教育事業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展。

據(jù)悉，這是國際老年大學(xué)協(xié)會代表首次來浙江老年大學(xué)參觀考察，也是該校“常青園”大講堂首次邀請國際老年教育專家舉辦專題學(xué)術(shù)交流。

融入體驗江浙文化

4月9日，維拉斯一行還到浙江紹興市上虞區(qū)參觀考察?？疾靾F(tuán)一行實地參觀了區(qū)非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)展示館和區(qū)老年大學(xué)，考察團(tuán)用“活力”兩字概括了此次參觀考察的印象。

課堂上，老年學(xué)員或和著樂曲翩翩起舞，或結(jié)合茶道開展外語學(xué)習(xí)，或琴瑟和鳴談古論今，或桌球?qū)救瓌Ψw。參觀過程中，考察團(tuán)成員被課程內(nèi)容和現(xiàn)場氛圍深深吸引，多次主動融入課堂，與學(xué)員們一起泡制功夫茶，制作艾青餃，吹奏上虞青笛，穿上越劇服飾演繹“中國版羅密歐與朱麗葉”的愛情故事《梁?！?，與學(xué)員一起感受中國傳統(tǒng)文化。國際老年大學(xué)協(xié)會執(zhí)委桑托斯先生說，這是他到中國以來，所經(jīng)歷到的很好的學(xué)習(xí)和參觀體驗，這樣充滿活力、極具內(nèi)涵的學(xué)習(xí)與生活狀態(tài)充分展現(xiàn)了中國老年人的精神世界。

維拉斯指出，目前老年教育在全球都得到了普遍發(fā)展，中國作為亞洲老年大學(xué)最多的一個國家，老年教育工作走在世界前列。他強調(diào)，老年教育非常有意義，老年大學(xué)更是一個非常好的學(xué)習(xí)平臺，不僅老年人在學(xué)習(xí)，對老年大學(xué)的管理者和學(xué)校老師也是一個很好的學(xué)習(xí)平臺，可以在彼此的交流中增長經(jīng)驗。

AIUTA Delegation Visits Zhejiang University for Senior Citizens

On April 8， 2018， a delegation from AIUTA visited Zhejiang University for Senior Citizens. The delegation was headed by Professor Francois Vellas， president of AIUTA， an international association of universities for senior citizens.

The AUITA delegation visited the campus of ZUSC， which is located in the northern part of West Lake， a national scenic zone. The ZUSC campus covers an area of 16，000 square meters with a total built-up area of 23，000 square meters. The buildings are in the traditional architectural style of Jiangnan， the region in the south of the Yangtze River Delta. Snuggled comfortably at the foot of the northern side of Gem Hill， the ZUSC campus is in close neighborhood to a set of cultural and education institutions： Zhejiang Concert Hall， Xiaobaihua Art Center， Zhejiang Library， Zhejiang Childrens Library， and Zhejiang University. At present ZUSC offers 66 courses in 26 majors. More than 10，000 senior citizens attend 166 classes at regular intervals.

Professor Vellas commented during the tour that education institutions for senior citizens had developed well all over the world， but China did the best for senior citizens. He understood that the provincial government of Zhejiang gave top priority to education undertakings for senior citizens， as testified by the campus in the scenic zone and in downtown. He noted that ZUSC scored accomplishments with special characteristics of its own. He hoped that AIUTA would keep excellent relations with ZUSC and strengthen exchanges and cooperation in the study of education for senior citizens and modernization of universities for senior citizens.

The staff members and senior citizens of ZUSC staged a show to entertain the visitors. After the show， the visitors tried their hands at writing Chinese words in the calligraphic style and painting in the style of traditional Chinese painting. Professor Vellas inscribed “?！?（good fortune） in Chinese with a writing brush， expressing his best wishes to ZUSC and his enthusiastic position for education undertakings for senior citizens.

After the tour， AIUTA delegation attended a seminar on education for senior citizens on the campus of ZUSC， attended by staff members from Zhejiang Provincial Administrator for Retired Officials， representatives of Zhejiang University for Senior Citizens， Hangzhou University for Senior Citizens and Ningbo University for Senior Citizens. Professor Vellas made a keynote speech titled “The Status Quo and Future of Universities for Senior Citizens the World Over”.

In the speech， the professor addressed three essential issues： the history of universities for senior citizens， achievement in lifelong education， and the projects of AIUTA. He briefly discussed the French model， the English model and the Chinese， the worlds three major existing systems for universities for senior citizens. He said that the Chinese model was characterized by strong government support. “The government includes education for senior citizens in its social development plans. Universities for senior citizens in China can easily solve the problems in offering a great variety of courses， in finding qualified teachers and in providing funds thanks to government support，” pointed out the professor.

After the speech， the professor and the audience members discussed a series of issues concerning the value of overseas study tours and education for senior citizens， and policy support for education undertakings for senior citizens in other parts of the world.

The professor said that AIUTA was committed to innovative development of education for senior citizens and to the study and exploration of the theories for education for senior citizens. Right now and in the foreseeable future， AIUTA was dedicated to the integration of multiple cultures and would take steps to promote coordinated growth of education undertakings for senior citizens in the Belt & Road Initiative countries.

On April 9， the AIUTA delegation arrived in Shangyu， a county-level city in eastern Zhejiang. The delegation visited a museum of intangible cultural heritage and Shangyu University for Senior Citizens. The delegation was deeply impressed by the vigor of the cultural undertakings of Shangyu.

Santos， an executive director of AIUTA， commented that the visit to the classrooms of the Shangyu University for Senior Citizens was his best moment in China. He noted that the Chinese senior citizens displayed the vigor of their spiritual world by taking such wonderful courses and leading such a life full of drive and energy.
