黔江區(qū)小南海鎮(zhèn)新建村，由13個(gè)土家寨組成，因而被稱為土家十三寨。

這里，東鄰小南海地震遺址景區(qū)，南鄰八面山自然風(fēng)景區(qū)，寨子里生活著600多戶土家人。

在土家十三寨，隨時(shí)都能聽(tīng)到山歌的聲音。寨子里有支村民文藝演出隊(duì)，他們唱的山歌，因融合了后壩山歌、蓮蕭舞、擺手舞、薅草鑼鼓等“非遺”，被列入重慶市非物質(zhì)文化遺產(chǎn)名錄。

重慶市鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略行動(dòng)計(jì)劃實(shí)施以來(lái)，十三寨依托土家建筑文化、農(nóng)耕文化、民族文化、自然資源、人文資源、峽谷景觀于一體的原生態(tài)建筑院落，打造鄉(xiāng)村旅游景點(diǎn)，先后被命名為“全國(guó)少數(shù)民族特色村寨”“中國(guó)宜居村莊”“中國(guó)特色院落保護(hù)示范村”“中國(guó)美麗鄉(xiāng)村示范村”“重慶十佳避暑納涼目的地”。

The new village of Xiaonanhai Town in Qujiang District is composed of 13 Tujiazhai Villages, so it is called Tujia Thirteen Village.

The village is adjacent to the Xiaonanhai Earthquake Site in the east and the Bamian Mountain natural scenic spot in the south.There are more than 600 Tujia people living in the village.

Mountain folk songs can be heard at any time in Tujia Thirteen Village. There is a literature and art performance team in the village. The folk songs they perform is a blend of intangible cultural heritage, like Houba Mountain Folk Songs, Bamboo Stick Dance,Hand Waving Dance, Weeding Drumming and these songs and dance have been placed on the intangible cultural heritage list of Chongqing.

Since the implementation of the strategic action plan for rural revitalization of Chongqing municipality, with Tujia architecture culture,farming culture, national culture, natural resources, human resources, canyon landscape of the original ecological courtyard,Tujia "Thirteen Village" has been rebuilt into a rural tourist attraction. It has been named as the"National Minority Featured Village", "Chinese Livable Village", "The Protection Demonstration Village with Chinese characteristics ", "Beautiful Chinese Demonstration Village", "Chongqing Top Ten Summer".

“吊腳樓客棧很受游客喜歡，他們覺(jué)得住吊腳樓才有土家的味道，才有鄉(xiāng)村的氣息。”有余客棧龐有余說(shuō)，每年夏天，重慶主城的游客要來(lái)住三個(gè)多月，他家的客棧和農(nóng)家樂(lè)年收入有4萬(wàn)多元。

王長(zhǎng)順也是十三寨最早把家里的吊腳樓辦成客棧的村民，如今來(lái)十三寨的游客，沒(méi)人不知道他的板夾溪客棧。

吃上旅游飯的村民們，腰包鼓了，生活富足了，干勁也更足。十三寨建起了全國(guó)首個(gè)土家族民俗生態(tài)博物館——武陵山民俗生態(tài)博物館和建筑面積1000多平方米的黔江民俗館，還推出一些列體驗(yàn)土家族原始農(nóng)耕生活的旅游項(xiàng)目，如推石磨、打糍粑、磨湯圓面等。

The Stilted Building Inn is very popular among tourists. They feel that the inn give them a sense of Tujia culture and a kind of rural atmosphere. "The owner of Youyu Inn said that after turning the stilted building into a tourist accommodation inn,tourists from Chongqing would come and stay for as long as three months each summer. His Youyu Inn and agritainment business bringing him 40000 yuan each year.

Wang Changshun is also among those in the "Thirteen Village" who turned their stilted buildings into the inn. Now his Banjiaxi Inn is quite popular among tourists in the "Thirteen Village".

The villagers who pocket money from tourism are richer and are enjoying a more colorful, energetic and motivated lifestyle . The "Thirteen Village" has built the country's first Tujia folk ecological museum -- Wuling Mountain Folk Custom Ecological Museum and Qianjiang Folk Custom Museum with a coverage of more than 1,000 square meters.They have also launched a series of tourism projects to encourage tourists to experience the original farming lifestyle of Tujia people, such as pushing a stone mill, playing glutinous rice cake and grinding glutinous rice noodles.

黨的十九大報(bào)告提出實(shí)施鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略，并提出了“產(chǎn)業(yè)興旺、生態(tài)宜居、鄉(xiāng)風(fēng)文明、治理有效、生活富?！钡目傄?。這20個(gè)字反映在十三寨的振興上，也體現(xiàn)在石會(huì)鎮(zhèn)中元村的脫貧上。

2005年，中元村被列入市級(jí)貧困村，那時(shí)村民人均年收入不到900元。

中元村有7個(gè)村民小組，其中有4個(gè)小組都位于海拔800米以上的高寒山區(qū)，而且不通公路，村民到集鎮(zhèn)趕場(chǎng)都得兩頭黑。

在實(shí)施“鄉(xiāng)村振興戰(zhàn)略行動(dòng)計(jì)劃”的進(jìn)程中，中元村實(shí)施整村異地搬遷扶貧工程，在山下建起了“移民小區(qū)”，完善了小區(qū)的水、電、路、健身場(chǎng)所等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，78戶高山村民住進(jìn)了這里。

The 19th national congress of the communist party of China put forward the strategy of revitalizing rural areas, and put forward the general requirements of "industrial prosperity, ecological livable, civilized local style, effective governance and rich life". These 20 words have been reflected in the revitalization project of the "Thirteen Village" and the poverty alleviation of Zhongyuan village of Shihui town.

In 2005, Zhongyuan village was listed as a city-level poverty-stricken village with the average annual income of villagers reaching less than 900 yuan.

There are seven groups of villagers in Zhongyuan village, and four of them are located in the alpine mountains above 800 meters above sea level, and there is no road, so villagers have to go to the market town in quite early morning.

In the process of implementing the "strategic action plan for rural revitalization", Zhongyuan village implemented the project by relocating the whole village to another place, building a "migrant community"under the mountain. It also improved the infrastructure of the community, such as water, electricity, roads and fitness venues. Seventy-eight alpine villagers came to live here as a result.

為實(shí)現(xiàn)“生活富?！钡哪繕?biāo)，當(dāng)?shù)卣疄榇迕駛兞可矶ㄖ屏伺涮桩a(chǎn)業(yè)——蛋雞養(yǎng)殖基地、千畝蠶桑基地、千畝藥材基地。

不僅如此，中元村建起了醉美知音鄉(xiāng)村旅游股份合作社。合作社打造的QQ農(nóng)場(chǎng)，是一個(gè)集休閑垂釣、特色養(yǎng)殖、四季果園、開(kāi)心農(nóng)場(chǎng)、鄉(xiāng)村旅游、餐飲住宿于一體的休閑觀光、綠色環(huán)保、原生態(tài)的農(nóng)家樂(lè)；組建了云上武陵電商平臺(tái)，幫農(nóng)民銷(xiāo)售原生態(tài)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品、手工藝品。

如今的中元村，鄉(xiāng)村美、鄰里睦、生活好，成為了“全國(guó)文明村鎮(zhèn)”。

Not only that, Zhongyuan village also built the Zuimeizhiyin Rural Tourism Stock Cooperative. The QQ farm created by the cooperative a leisure, eco-friendly and authentic farmhouse with leisure fishing, featured breeding, fourseason orchard, happy farm, rural tourism, catering and accommodation services in one place. On top of that, it also built WuLing e-commerce platform, helping farmers sell original ecological agricultural products and handicrafts.

Today, Zhongyuan village, with its beautiful countryside, harmonious neighborhood and good life, has become a"civilized village and town in China".
