Born in Heilongjiang Province in 1974， Zhang Liguo， with the pen name of Jianbang， was fond of calligraphy art under the influence of his elder generations. Now he is a member both of Chinese Hard-Pen Calligraphy Association and China Calligraphers Association （Hong Kong Registered）， and member of Heilongjiang Calligraphers Association etc. He has participated in various exhibitions and won grand prizes.
