民宿留住了美麗鄉(xiāng)愁

2017年天氣已然炎熱起來的日子，筆者跟隨杭州桐廬圖書館的送書流通車去該縣富春江鎮(zhèn)石舍村。轉(zhuǎn)過山彎，陰陰的天飄下細(xì)雨，串串山花嬌嫩欲滴。

心在美景中陶醉，路程就近了許多。等看到石舍村的牌子，竟不知雨何時(shí)已經(jīng)停止。抬頭看高聳的山峰上籠罩著一層霧氣，氤氳間似夢(mèng)似幻；而眼前一條古樸的青石板路猶如盈盈水袖，牽引我們進(jìn)入清逸又充滿野趣的村莊。

石舍村緊貼著山崖，山澗環(huán)村而下，幽邃得讓人不由地想，在公路通車之前，這里該是何等的封閉：一條沿著溪流的山徑可能就是與外界聯(lián)系的唯一通道。的確，當(dāng)我們漫步在村中小巷時(shí)，保存完好的幾千平方米的明清建筑群讓人驚訝，穿行其間，仿佛走進(jìn)了歷史民居博物館。

石舍村有農(nóng)家320戶，903人。山民日出而作、日落而息，過著春耕夏種、秋收冬藏的簡單生活，在秀美的山水中陶冶出淳樸、親和的性情。在村中，大爺大媽們看見我們這些外來人總是微笑致意；每到一家老宅，主人們都熱情地邀請(qǐng)我們?nèi)胱⒍瞬杷退?，使人賓至如歸。

近年來，桐廬縣經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速。從2013年起，縣里立足實(shí)際，以“項(xiàng)目帶動(dòng)、試點(diǎn)先行、全力培育、打造品牌”的民宿旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展理念，制定出臺(tái)相關(guān)政策，安排專項(xiàng)資金，鼓勵(lì)和支持農(nóng)民開辦民宿，并啟動(dòng)“鄉(xiāng)鄉(xiāng)有民宿”計(jì)劃，在金牛、環(huán)溪、荻浦等20個(gè)村進(jìn)行民宿經(jīng)濟(jì)重點(diǎn)培育。

陪同我們的桐廬縣文廣新局副局長何璟介紹說，2014年，為了打造“美麗鄉(xiāng)村”精品村，石舍村花大力氣進(jìn)行環(huán)境整治，并對(duì)整體環(huán)境進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃，如今已建石舍香樟、木舍、樹屋等民宿7家。

圖書讓游客享受閱讀樂趣

石舍村的民宿經(jīng)濟(jì)在快速發(fā)展。

童旭明畢業(yè)于浙江財(cái)經(jīng)大學(xué)財(cái)政系，一直在上海、深圳從事金融和證券工作，之后，他赴加拿大木業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)學(xué)習(xí)木結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和建造。2013年春天，童旭明偶然走進(jìn)石舍，這安詳寧靜的小村使他開懷，讓他夢(mèng)想。于是，他和志同道合的朋友們一起，先后建起了瑜伽靜修營、國學(xué)院、石繪工作室、灑秀咖啡藝術(shù)空間等，開展文化活動(dòng)。同時(shí)，他又接手石舍村的改造設(shè)計(jì)工作。經(jīng)過三年的群策群力，如今石舍村的民宿如石舍方戶、石頭大院等，以本村人為主導(dǎo)，吸收外來設(shè)計(jì)和運(yùn)營思路，已經(jīng)營得有聲有色，普通的農(nóng)家樂也在開張和升級(jí)中探索發(fā)展。童旭明設(shè)想：“要讓城市的大學(xué)生、學(xué)者、志愿者，參與到鄉(xiāng)村的改造中來，在鄉(xiāng)村和城市的碰撞中，引導(dǎo)每個(gè)鄉(xiāng)村走出自己的路子。”

“受童先生的啟發(fā)，我們圖書館人也在思考，在倡導(dǎo)全民閱讀、建設(shè)書香社會(huì)的今天，如何讓圖書的利用率最大化?！蓖]縣圖書館館長鄭景說。

業(yè)內(nèi)人士指出，“圖書進(jìn)民宿”是一次打破行業(yè)障礙的民宿與公共圖書館之間的合作，可以通過圖書館“出書”、民宿“出空間”的方式整合文化資源，讓更多讀者受惠。

基于這樣的考慮，該縣圖書館在與石舍村的所有民宿業(yè)主進(jìn)行多方面溝通后，“首選體驗(yàn)富春江慢生活的7家民宿進(jìn)行試點(diǎn)”。鄭景說，我們給這7家民宿辦了集體借閱證，視具體對(duì)象配送圖書，比如石舍方戶，主打田園風(fēng)，就選取一些輕松、休閑的輕閱讀類圖書；而瑜伽靜修營，則配以瑜伽鍛煉、修身養(yǎng)性等為主的書籍。截至目前，縣圖書館已經(jīng)配送圖書2000余冊(cè)。事實(shí)上，旅行與閱讀結(jié)合，讓游客在享受沿途風(fēng)景的同時(shí)，也享受到了閱讀的樂趣。

當(dāng)筆者把隨意拍攝的石舍風(fēng)景發(fā)到微信朋友圈，一下子獲點(diǎn)贊無數(shù)，更有朋友留言：“個(gè)性化的裝修，有意思的口號(hào)，醉心的閱讀空間，文青聚集地??！盡快抽時(shí)間向石舍進(jìn)發(fā)?！?/p>

民宿書吧彰顯社會(huì)效益

日前，浙江大學(xué)歷史系教授楊樹標(biāo)慕名前去石舍村作體驗(yàn)游，想不到在鄉(xiāng)村民宿的案頭上看到了自己撰寫的一種民國人物傳記，一時(shí)間按捺不住內(nèi)心的激動(dòng)，在書的扉頁寫下：“‘石舍方戶住一夜，深感此地優(yōu)秀?！?/p>

上海市美術(shù)家協(xié)會(huì)水彩畫工作委員會(huì)會(huì)員金鈺琦，8年前重拾畫筆，開啟他職業(yè)水彩畫家之旅。2016年春天，他和自由攝影師陳煦明經(jīng)朋友引薦來到石舍村，就深深地被山村古樸、靜謐的氣息以及滿天星斗所吸引。

“從此像有癮一般，迷戀上了古村。時(shí)不時(shí)的就來這里閑逛、寫生，創(chuàng)作出了一批以石舍村為主題的作品?！苯疴曠f，“來了就不想走，最感動(dòng)的是當(dāng)?shù)厝朔浅ＳH切，走在村里，不認(rèn)識(shí)的人也會(huì)向你微笑，我覺得這是一個(gè)非常有意思的村子?！?/p>

2017年1月8日，“‘石舍·幻攝影日記·水彩畫展”在剛開業(yè)的灑秀咖啡藝術(shù)空間開展，展出的24幅水彩畫，是金鈺琦從半年多時(shí)間里創(chuàng)作的100多幅作品中精選出來的。同時(shí)展出的還有50多幅陳煦明的攝影作品。古村的深厚歷史、文化底蘊(yùn)和淳樸民風(fēng)，激發(fā)出了他們的創(chuàng)作靈感，用畫筆和快門勾勒出了石舍的美妙與隱逸。金鈺琦告訴記者：“接下來，我準(zhǔn)備創(chuàng)作比較大系列的石舍作品，讓更多的人走進(jìn)石舍，了解石舍。”

金鈺琦還表示，“圖書進(jìn)民宿”的理念很好，今年暑假他想把他的私塾辦到石舍村來，教在這里和來這里的孩子們畫水彩。“‘帶著水彩去旅行是我追求的生活方式，也希望教會(huì)更多的人用水彩和繪畫，用這種特別的方式記錄旅途中美好的點(diǎn)滴。”金鈺琦說，“民宿中放置連環(huán)畫，也是一個(gè)很好的想法，讓游客回味兒時(shí)的記憶。”

當(dāng)采訪行將結(jié)束時(shí)，鄭景接到鐘山鄉(xiāng)文化站站長范偉的電話，說是吳宅村的民宿映山雅舍老板吳丹得知縣圖書館能送書進(jìn)民宿，希望自己也可以成為這一活動(dòng)的受惠者?！拔业拿袼薮蟾?月能開業(yè)，平時(shí)也喜歡看書，家里有400多冊(cè)藏書?！眳堑ふf，“書籍能提升民宿的檔次與品位，引來更多人氣?！眅ndprint

民宿作為一種新的生活方式，讓居民記住鄉(xiāng)愁，帶動(dòng)文化消費(fèi)。書吧+民宿的模式體現(xiàn)了公共閱讀服務(wù)下沉，有利于推進(jìn)全民閱讀，也為鄉(xiāng)村文化復(fù)興提供了一條探索路徑。

Rural Tourism in Tonglu： Books and Village Inns

One chilly spring day in 2017， I was riding with a mobile library to Stone House Village in a remote town in Tonglu， a scenic county about 80 kilometers southwest of Hangzhou， the capital city of Zhejiang Province. The clouds were thick， heavy and low. On the way to the village， it began to snow. We saw a plum woods blossoming in red. Pretty soon， we reached the village.

The houses snuggled at the foot of high cliffs. A narrow river bubbled in a deep valley beside the village. I couldnt help but wonder how reclusive the village was before a highway connected it to the outside world.

Thanks to the remoteness， the village is like an open museum of ancient houses built in the Ming and the Qing architectural styles. The population is less than 1，000. Life here is simple. Since 2013， the county government has been implementing a development plan for rural villages to develop green industries. Stone House Village decided upon tourism. In 2014， the village went through a restoration project. There are now seven small cottage inns in the village.

Tong Xuming is the man who first saw the potentialities of the village. A graduate of Zhejiang Finance University， he worked in finance and securities in Shenzhen and Shanghai for years before he went to Canada to study architecture. He tumbled upon Stone House Village in 2013. He fell in love with it. He started a small yoga business in this Utopian village far away from the madding world. Then he was engaged to formulate an overall development blueprint for the village. Over three years， he worked hard. A village tourism industry materialized. Scholars， college students and volunteers from cities have joined hands to help the villages redevelopment.

Zheng Jing， dean of Tonglu County Library， thought the library would play a small role in the villages tomorrow. Books could find their way into the lobbies and rooms of these village inns.

The county library has shipped books to the village many times. So far， the library has sent over 2，000 books to the village. Books about leisure are for the village inns. For the yoga house， health and fitness books are a must.

As more and more tourists are coming to the village， books have become a big attraction. Yang Shubiao， a professor of history with Zhejiang University， came to the village to look around. By chance he saw a book he had written about a personage of the Republican years in the first half of the 20th century. The professor was surprised.endprint

Jin Yuqi， a watercolor artist based in Shanghai， resumed painting eight years ago. In the spring of 2016， he and a freelance photographer named Chen Xuming came to Stone House Village. He fell in love with the serenity of the mountains and the dazzling stars he cant see in the night sky of Shanghai. The watercolor artist and the photographer frequented the village. In January 2017， they held an exhibition at a café in the village. Jin exhibited some works he handpicked from over one hundred watercolor paintings he had created in and around the village. Chen exhibited over 50 photographs. The history， culture， tradition， and lifestyle of the ancient village were well highlighted in these artworks. Jin is planning to do a big series of works about the village.

I chatted with Jin. He said he embraced the idea of bringing books to the village. The watercolorist was going to start a painting class in Stone House Village in the summer of 2017. He planned to teach village children and visiting children to paint watercolors.

Toward the end of our brief visit， Zheng Jing， the dean of the library， got a call from a colleague who works at a nearby rural cultural center. The colleague said that a village inn operator， after learning the county library could stock books in village inns， would like to have books for his business. The owner said his business was to open in April and he had a small library of 400 books. He wanted more.

Books and rural village tourism are by no means strange bed fellows. They come together to help the public read more. The combination may also help culture play a role in rural redevelopment that is going on across the province.endprint
