門店常用的英語(yǔ)對(duì)話（一）

如果單憑指著幾個(gè)英文單詞和老外交流還有困難，或者說希望多學(xué)點(diǎn)驗(yàn)光配鏡、眼鏡銷售相關(guān)的英語(yǔ)的話，需要學(xué)一些簡(jiǎn)單的英語(yǔ)對(duì)話。下面就門店常用的場(chǎng)景找了一些英文對(duì)話，給大家學(xué)習(xí)：

一般我們會(huì)到眼鏡店“配眼鏡” （Filling a prescription）。眼鏡架（frames）各式各樣，我們只需要把“形狀”加上“frames”便可表達(dá)不同款式的眼鏡架，例如圓形眼鏡架（round frames）、橢圓形眼鏡架（oval frames）、長(zhǎng)方形眼鏡架（rectangular frames）。

怎樣表示要“配眼鏡”？ 可以這樣說：“I need to get glasses.”店員便會(huì)介紹店內(nèi)的驗(yàn)光師（optometrist）給你檢查視力，店員便可按配鏡處方（prescription）為顧客“配眼鏡（fill a prescription）”。如果想檢查一下鏡片度數(shù)，就向店員說：“Could you please check my glasses against this prescription（麻煩你檢查我的眼鏡鏡片度數(shù)是否與配鏡處方相符）？”

顧客需求和問診：

我需要一副新的眼鏡。 I need a new pair of glasses.

這副鏡框破了。The frame on these glasses is broken.

你可以把它修好嗎？Can you repair it？

我的視力越來越差 。My eyesight's getting worse.

你戴隱形眼鏡的嗎？Do you wear contact lenses？

你是近視還是遠(yuǎn)視？Are you short-sighted or long-sighted？

驗(yàn)光過程中需要用到的英語(yǔ)：

你可以把圖表上的字母從最前面開始念出來嗎？Could you read out the letters on the chart， starting at the top？

你可以把左眼閉上，用你的右眼讀這個(gè)嗎？Could you close your left eye， and read this with your right？

這一個(gè)視標(biāo)能不能看清楚？請(qǐng)指給我一下！

Cloud you see this sign clearly？ Pleases show me.

我們先驗(yàn)一下您的右眼。

Let's inspect your right eye first.

您的視力是0.5和0.4。

Your eyes' power is O point five and O point four.

招呼顧客：

顧客：Yeah， she gave me this prescription（有，這配鏡處方是她給我的）.
