I am a single mom of three. As I work long hours and don’t get home until right after six or seven p.m. most days, it seems like I just get home in time for my kids’ homework and to prepare a late dinner for my family. I have the sweetest neighbors in the world, whether it is a friendly smile from them, or a warm stop and say hello to ask me how my days have been. My wonderful neighbor takes it upon himself to help me by cutting my grass each and every time he cuts his own1)lawn. He even2)trims around my3)sidewalk with kindness and care. My family all live very far away, but when you have such great neighbors, coming home just feels sweeter, and they are just like family right next door…Thanks for making my world happier.
We moved to Clarkdale two years ago. This summer, we had an amazing4)block party and the5)fire department showed up and gave the kids a tour of the6)fire truck. My7)direct neighbors are amazing! They watch our house on holiday; always have a cup of sugar. We recently had a baby and their son always wanted to play with her and acted as her big brother. Last autumn, they helped with our tree8)removal. They cut our grass when they were doing theirs. They are really amazing!
When I moved into Davidson Creek as a single parent, I met my neighbors. He9)went out of his way to help me with lawn work,10)landscaping and anything else I needed. She welcomed me to the neighborhood and provided friendship. 12 years later, they are still the best neighbors ever!
We have the best neighbors. Last week, our son was sick and we had to stay in the hospital with him. We called to my next door neighbor and my other son was cared for overnight. Supper was prepared when we got home, and the other son was11)picked up from school and taken to swimming lessons. That’s really12)priceless!
