莫等閑，企業(yè)要尋“第二曲線”

“第二曲線”來自于查爾斯·漢迪。不管是企業(yè)、個(gè)人其實(shí)都有個(gè)“第二曲線”，每一個(gè)人或者每一個(gè)企業(yè)發(fā)展過程中都像一個(gè)拋物線一樣，當(dāng)你到了最高峰、志得意滿的時(shí)候能不能想到應(yīng)該再有第二曲線，再走第二條路。在原來的路走下去，可能就從高峰下去了，有點(diǎn)像老子《道德經(jīng)》里面所說的“物壯則老”，這是自然規(guī)律。但是誰在沒有達(dá)到第二高峰的時(shí)候就找第二曲線、就找第二種思路？

查爾斯·漢迪說，沒有什么人能逃過第二曲線，沒有誰能逃過S型曲線。唯一不同的就是曲線的長(zhǎng)度，有的可能曲線長(zhǎng)、高度高，有的可能會(huì)短。問題在于：成功遮住了我們的眼睛。在最高峰的時(shí)候，認(rèn)為自己是最好的，認(rèn)為自己是最高的，何必要改變，為什么要改變？但要繼續(xù)原路走下去，就是下坡路。所以說，對(duì)所有的企業(yè)來說，要自覺地找到第二曲線，這是最重要的。

以海爾為例。當(dāng)海爾進(jìn)入“名牌戰(zhàn)略階段”時(shí)，很多企業(yè)在擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)量，但是海爾當(dāng)時(shí)就覺得應(yīng)該抓質(zhì)量，所以當(dāng)別人做產(chǎn)量下坡的時(shí)候，海爾抓質(zhì)量開始上來。等著別人都開始抓質(zhì)量了，海爾就開始做“多元化戰(zhàn)略”。當(dāng)時(shí)很多人說，要做專業(yè)化，不做多元化，當(dāng)時(shí)喊這個(gè)口號(hào)的企業(yè)實(shí)際上現(xiàn)在沒有一個(gè)不做多元化的。在簽訂WTO之后入關(guān)，海爾又開始轉(zhuǎn)到國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略，其他的企業(yè)做的是“出口創(chuàng)匯”，而海爾做的卻是“出口創(chuàng)牌”。

由此可見，遇到困難解決困難是企業(yè)生存發(fā)展的方法，而在困難發(fā)生之前就可以預(yù)先準(zhǔn)備，則是真正大企業(yè)的選擇。山東經(jīng)濟(jì)，除了解決問題，預(yù)防問題同樣重要，亡羊補(bǔ)牢為時(shí)不晚。

The year 2016 is the beginning year of the “13th Five-Year Plan”. How will the Shandong economy have a good start and a good layout？ At the “Two Sessions” of Shandong which concluded not long ago， the “economic overcapacity and weak self-owned brands of Shandong”were considered as the main challenges for initiating the development of the Shandong economy in 2016.

Faced with the “Addition and Subtraction”，how will Shandong solve the problem？ 8 traditional industries such as coal， iron & steel and the chemical industry are facing severe overcapacity. These industries are also the main fields for the industrial distribution of state-owned enterprises. To solve the problem，we need to start with the production aspect，and to boost the economic development through emancipating the productive forces and promoting competitiveness. Specifically，we are required to clean up zombie enterprises，close down outdated production facilities， focus the development direction on emerging fields and innovation fields， and create new economic growth points. Innovation is needed for building brands. Reforms must be conducted in such fields as the subject， structure and method of financial supply so as to achieve the common development of finance and technology.

Solving the difficulties encountered is the method for an enterprise to survive and develop. Making preliminary preparations prior to the appearance of difficulties is the choice of a real big company. For the Shandong economy， in addition to the equal importance of solving and preventing problems， it's never too late to mend.
