北京北苑北辰綜合開發(fā)項目以優(yōu)越的地理位置,成為大型總體規(guī)劃中的匯聚點。宜人的寧靜地帶朝向公園,而東面鄰近主要交通道路的一面則是喧鬧地帶。北面的社區(qū)邊緣地帶與總體規(guī)劃的走廊連接,作為零售及商業(yè)用途。商業(yè)和住宅塔樓各占場地一側(cè),兩者間配合自然,形成了富有動感的建筑形態(tài)。高達100 米的辦公樓鄰近公交換乘樞紐站,是整個項目的地標性建筑。住宅公寓樓坐落于西南隅,朝向公園并能充分享受到南面的陽光。
The North Star Mixed-use Development is ideally positioned within a larger master plan to become the anchor of the overall development. The project addresses the park as a ‘quiet zone' while its eastern face looks out to the main street's ‘loud zone'. The northern civic edge relates to the master plan corridor where most retail and commercial functions are planned. The commercial and residential towers anchor each side of the site, allowing natural movement to be caught between them. The 100-metre ofce tower stands on the intersection corner as a landmark while the apartment tower is on the southwest corner, oriented towards the park and southern light.
