摘 要:新型染料的設(shè)計、合成、結(jié)構(gòu)表征及物性理解;研究染料、半導(dǎo)體納晶薄膜及電解質(zhì)相關(guān)的電荷分離、電荷轉(zhuǎn)移和電荷輸運基本物理過程。光功能分子在半導(dǎo)體表面的微結(jié)構(gòu)表征,利用時間分辨光譜和電學(xué)測量技術(shù),考察復(fù)雜界面電荷轉(zhuǎn)移動力學(xué)機(jī)制。澄清染料分子結(jié)構(gòu)-組裝體微結(jié)構(gòu)-電荷轉(zhuǎn)移動力學(xué)-器件參數(shù)之間的內(nèi)在關(guān)聯(lián)機(jī)制。逐漸建立染料敏化太陽電池微尺度界面電荷轉(zhuǎn)移、電荷復(fù)合與載流子輸運及器件物理模型。

Novel Material and Large-scale Preparation of Dye-sensitized Solar Cells/2013 General Report of Science and Technology

Abstract:Design, synthesis and characterization of a series of high absorption coefficient photosensitizers; Research works of charge separation, charge transformation related with dyes, semiconductor nano-crystal layers and electrolytes on dye-sensitized solar cells; The characterization techniques of interface structure, time-resolved spectroscopy and electronic performance; To clearly the relations of dyes molecules structure, assembly micro- or meso-structures, charge-transformation and the parameters of solar cell devices by kinetic research on photo-active layers; Some models and methods are constructed to describe charge transport and recombination in the nanometer thin films of solar cells.
