[摘要] 目的 探討埃索美拉唑與奧美拉唑治療反流性食管炎的臨床效果，為推動(dòng)消化內(nèi)科的治療發(fā)展提供理論依據(jù)。 方法 選取2014年1～12月我院消化內(nèi)科收治的100例反流性食管炎患者為研究對(duì)象，經(jīng)我院倫理委員會(huì)批準(zhǔn)，取得患者同意條件下，將其按照治療方法的不同分為觀察組和對(duì)照組，各50例。對(duì)照組患者給予奧美拉唑藥物治療，觀察組患者給予埃索美拉唑藥物治療，對(duì)比兩組患者在治療后的癥狀改善情況。 結(jié)果 觀察組患者的癥狀改善情況以及治療總有效率優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P<0.05）。 結(jié)論 利用埃索美拉唑治療反流性食管炎，能明顯改善患者的臨床癥狀，提升治療總有效率，值得推廣應(yīng)用。

Comparison the clinical effect between esomeprazole and omeprazole in treating reflux esophagitis

[Abstract] Objective To compare the clinical effect of esomeprazole and omeprazole in treating reflux esophagitis，and to provide some theory basis for promoting the treatment development of digestive system department. Methods 100 reflux esophagitis patients of digestive system department in our hospital from January to December 2014 were selected as study object.On the condition of our hospital ethics committee approval and got patients agreement，patients were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment method，and each group was 50 cases.Patients in control group were given omeprazole，and patients in observation group were given esomeprazole.Symptoms improved conditions after treatment in two groups were compared. Results The symptoms improved conditions and total effective rate of treatment in observation group were better than that of control group，and the difference was statistical significance （P<0.05）. Conclusion Using esomeprazole in treating reflux esophagitis can obvious improve clinical symptoms of patients and enhance treatment total effective rate. It is worth to popularize in the future.
